Manager Finance
Position Overview
We are looking for a Finance Manager to join our Finance team in Egypt. This role is key in supporting strategic financial initiatives to drive growth, profitability, and value creation across the franchise.
What You will Do:
- Lead revenue analysis and support RGM initiatives to optimize pricing and OBPPC( occasion, brand, package, price and channel) strategies.
- Partner with bottlers and customers to align financial plans and support joint business strategies.
- Provide end-to-end financial analysis, including business planning, forecasting, customer P&L, and innovation business cases.
- Drive negotiations on pricing, rebates, and deductions with financial rigor.
- Work cross-functionally and communicate insights to key internal and external stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or related fields.
- +4 years of leadership experience in financial planning or commercial finance.
- Prior experience in a multinational fast-moving consumer goods company is an added advantage.
- Strong expertise in Financial Planning, Strategic Thinking, and Commercial Finance.
- Mastery in financial modeling, cross-functional project management, and influencing decision-makers.
- Agile, analytical, and collaborative mindset with strong communication skills.
