Manager, RGM OBPPC

The Revenue Growth Management OBPPC (Occasion, Brand, Package, Price and Channel) Manager will support the team’s strategic projects, focusing on consumer, customer, and bottler analysis. Responsibilities include developing reports, sharing trends, reviewing performance, and analyzing custom and syndicated data related to consumer strategy, pack strategy, and financial performance. This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams across the organization, including NAOU, Bottlers, Commercial Ops, Brand, Franchise, Sales, Strategy, and Finance.

This high-visibility role requires deep knowledge of consumer, financial, and market data sources, along with a strong aptitude for learning, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and comfort working in a fast-paced, networked environment. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with database experience who is ready to learn quickly and drive impact.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the RGM team to integrate insights from internal and syndicated data sources, shaping strategic priorities and developing actionable strategies grounded in consumer and shopper insights.

  • Support strategic initiatives by providing thought leadership and analytical recommendations for the broader system.

  • Contribute to consumer trend analysis and monthly/quarterly performance scorecards to inform Commercial teams of key financial and consumer performance drivers.

  • Maintain a knowledge library of insights to support the NAOU commercial and brand teams.

  • Analyze data from foundational survey platforms (e.g., BevMAP, Bev360, CBL, iSHOP, DINE) and syndicated sources (e.g., Nielsen Scantrack, Numerator, Simmons, Kantar).

Qualifications

Minimum:

  • Bachelor’s degree in social sciences or business-related fields.

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing research, custom research, or marketing analytics/business intelligence.

  • Experience collaborating with marketing or sales teams and analyzing primary and secondary data.

Preferred:

  • Custom research for or with a Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) company.

  • Master’s coursework or degree in social sciences or business-related fields.

Key Skills

  • Communication: Ability to convey complex information through clear, compelling presentations and "storytelling" techniques.

  • Marketing Research: Proficiency in custom research methodologies and industry resources (e.g., Ipsos/Kantar, Nielsen, Mintel, Numerator).

  • Analytical Abilities: Skill in analyzing quantitative and qualitative data, identifying trends, and integrating data from diverse sources.

  • Technical Tools: Familiarity with business tools (e.g., CCV, Nielsen Connect, Power BI, MS Office Suite).

  • Business Consulting: Translate consumer and industry insights into actionable recommendations by understanding business needs.

  • Synthesis & Storytelling: Craft data-driven, action-oriented narratives to influence key stakeholders.

  • Strategic Thinking: Connect insights across various disciplines to develop holistic, strategic approaches.

  • Prioritization: Pragmatically balance short-term and long-term priorities through a fact-based approach.

Pay Range:
$101,000 – $118,000

Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
