Senior Director, Global Resource Allocation

Launched as an MVP in September 2024, Fuelight 360 has already demonstrated the potential to dramatically enhance the System's ability to optimize resource allocation. The Global Integration Lead plays a critical role leading a team to embed Fuelight 360 into the System’s ways of working, ensuring adoption, and delivering measurable outcomes. As a member of the Global Resource Allocation Leadership team, this role will drive the cultural, operational, and process changes necessary to deliver integration and sustained value from Fuelight 360.
This is a high-impact role requiring strong business acumen, leadership skills, and change management expertise. As a global lead for integration, you will closely collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leaders across OUs, Bottlers, and Central Functions.
As part of TCCC’s mission to optimize resource allocation and strategic decision-making, the Business Integration Lead plays a critical role in embedding Fuelight 360 into the System’s operational fabric and will serve as part of the leadership team alongside the Business Science Lead, Product Manager and Technical Lead. This role requires you to oversee the adoption and integration of the product within markets, ensuring that it delivers value and drives transformative outcomes across the Coca-Cola System.
This role is focused on:
The Business Integration Lead oversees and orchestrates the adoption of Fuelight 360 in relevant market and Bottler/OU-level teams and manages the change management required to adjust processes and mindsets. This role also manages relationships with other marketing, finance, and resource allocation transformation efforts. The Business Integration Lead acts as the voice of the market and liaison to the product leads.
Fuelight 360 will step-change how we execute our marketing as a System. As such, we have senior leader sponsorship across our Central Functions and OU Bottlers, which the Business Integration Lead will continue to drive and manage.
Primary duties include:
- Work with System leaders and users in our markets to embed Fuelight into the ways of working and drive adoption and improved outcomes for key resource allocation decision routines (e.g., Monthly Business Review, media campaign pre-execution planning)
- Design, document and drive lasting process, role and mindset shifts across how our System does marketing
- Collect user feedback on actionability, value add and delightfulness and formulate product enhancement / update requests for the product backlog to achieve well-defined success criteria
- Partner with the Fuelight Product Manager to solicit user input on the product backlog and discovery of new product features
- Identify and onboard additional users and leadership teams in existing and new markets, OUs, and Bottler organizations as the Fuelight product is launched across the capabilities, functions, and geographies
- Drive ongoing senior leadership sponsorship and accountability by preparing and facilitating effective decision-making forums
- Network with other marketing, finance and resource allocation capabilities to identify and unlock synergies that drive improved System outcomes while simplifying users’ experiences

Related Knowledge & Experience:
This leadership role requires a dynamic individual who understands our system’s cross-functional value chain and decision support roles, collaborates across functions, and can get things done. Specific requirements are:
- 10-15 years of relevant Finance, Strategy, Marketing, Operations experience
- Deep familiarity with the Coca-Cola System and understanding of growth drivers; experience owning a P&L for a market or brand is a plus
- Track record of successfully leading transformation initiatives
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights and strategic recommendations
- Working knowledge of best practices on portfolio management, resource (DMI) allocation
- Experience in driving business growth as a System (e.g. Franchise GM), and good knowledge of marketing and shopper environment including sales, media, and trade data; knowledge of performance measurement solutions (MVA/MMM) is a plus
- Strong project management experience, with the ability to work in a diverse cultural environment as an efficient communicator and influencer at all levels
- Excellent people/leadership skills with experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or a related field required.
- Master’s degree preferred.

Team:
The Senior Director will lead a team of 2-3 OU/Bottler integration managers as well as cross-functional, networked team including:
- Core Teams: Global CoE leadership team (Business Science, Tech and Product); Business Integration Team
- Business Stakeholders: Strategic decision-makers from global marketing, finance, commercial, and operations teams.
- External Partners: Technical and business transformation experts co-developing and scaling Fuelight 360 capabilities.

Pay Range:
$189,000 – $217,000
Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.

Annual Incentive reference value is a market-based competitive value for your role. It falls in the middle of the range for your role, indicating performance at target.
