Focus, Scope, & Impact:

MANAGE the relationship, NEGOTIATE, and ensure EXECUTION of our brand strategies with Burger King & YUM (KFC, Pizza Hut & Taco Bell) across Latin America, overseeing a volume of 13M UC/year, $31M USD NSR with a $7M USD DMI Budget.

Understand the QSR industry, their business model and imperatives and BK/YUM customer needs to lead the KO System into a value-creation partnership.

Key objectives: are to CREATE VALUE (KO System, Customer & Consumer) beyond price, accelerating TCCS brand INCIDENCE to grow topline NSR growth ahead of customers´ performance in a PROFITABLE way and line with OU Category and Brand objectives.

Key Deliverables: Implementation of short and mid-term Customer-relevant occasion and portfolio development plans, defining shopper relevant category bundles and mechanics, an impactful calendar of activities tied with Burger King & YUM’s activation cycles, aligning execution requirements with CCL guidelines, TCCC Intl. HQ teams as well as country operations and bottlers. This is inclusive of Revenue pools/ Targeting of occasions, shopper types, bold OBBPC approaches to drive the right assortment, SKU optimization, innovation, value to market playbooks, price terms and conditions and promo mechanics/investments in each market.

This is a MULTI-MARKET customer responsibility, handling the relationship with the world’s largest restaurant company across 40+ market-banner combos in Latam.
KEY SUCCESS PARAMETERS
Experience
At least 7 years of customer management, commercial and operational experience. Desirable to have bottler/operational experience with an execution perspective.
Work Focus
Proven track record in analyzing, aligning and successfully closing complex negotiations with multiple and difficult stakeholders. Great ability to bring together marketing, digital, value creation, consumer insights, sustainability and execution initiatives to drive the strategic collaboration between The Coca-Cola System and our Customers.
Communication Focus

Strong communication skills to align internally with OU Categories, Brands, Frontline and Customer Marketing, PACS, Franchise Operations.

Trusted and relatable point person of the KOS, frequently communicating, sharing information and negotiating with external stakeholders, including bottlers, customer, franchisees, agencies.

Engaging in situations where other parties have both shared and opposed opposing interests, i.e. cost vs. value creation, brand collaboration, leveraging marketing assets.
