TI&SC Services, Data Analyst, Manager

As an TI&SC Services Data Analyst, you will be an integral part of the Technical Innovation & Supply Chain (TI&SC) Services focused to support and manage evolving Coca-Cola's Technical, Innovation and Supply Chain strategies and on identifying opportunities for innovation and evaluating the performance of new initiatives. You will leverage advanced analytical skills to support the design, execution, and optimization of products/packages innovation strategies across the organization. Your insights will empower teams to make informed decisions that propel innovation projects forward, ensuring alignment with our strategic goals.
What You’ll Do for Us
Data Analysis & Insights Generation:
- Extract, clean, and analyze data from diverse sources to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities that drive Company’s innovation.
- Perform predictive and prescriptive analytics to assess the potential impact of innovative solutions and strategies
- Develop visualizations (e.g., dashboards, charts, reports) to present data insights clearly and effectively to key stakeholders.
Innovation and Initiatives Reporting & Metrics:
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of new innovations and initiatives.
- Create detailed reports to evaluate the feasibility, scalability, and profitability of pilot projects and prototypes in the space of TI&SC. Experience in Innovation, product lifecycle and R&D is a plus.
- Monitor the competitive landscape and industry benchmarks to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
Research Support:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, product development, marketing, supply chain etc.) to incorporate data analytics into their innovation/product lifecycle workflows.
- Support ideation sessions by providing relevant data and research findings to inspire creative solutions.
- Generate customer, market, and demographic insights to inform product design, customer experience, and business strategies.
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
Strategic Design:
- Assist in scenario modeling and forecasting to predict outcomes of new initiatives and mitigate risks.
- Partner with business leaders to prioritize products / portfolio innovation projects based on data-driven assessments.
- Contribute to the development of a systematic approach to identifying gaps and opportunities in current offerings.
Communication and Project Management:
- Communicate complex analytical findings and strategic recommendations to key stakeholders clearly and compellingly.
- Coordinate with stakeholders on managing backlog and requirements gathering & documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize and implement product updates, algorithm refinements, and usability enhancements.
- Coordinate with partners to manage and maintain detailed program documentation, including user stories, feature descriptions, technical specifications, product updates, progress, and roadmaps.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including OUs, bottlers, financial teams, commercial teams, and supply chain management, to gather insights and validate program requirements.
Qualification & Requirements
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in data science, Statistics, Business Analytics, Economics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a data analytics role, preferably supporting innovation, strategy, or product development teams.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages such as Python, R, SQL or others.
- Strong understanding of visualization tools like Power BI, or similar platforms.
- Experience with statistical modeling, forecasting, and scenario analysis.
- Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to present complex data findings in a clear, concise, and actionable manner.
- Knowledge of emerging technology trends (e.g., machine learning, AI, IoT) and their applications in innovation contexts is a plus.

Pay Range:
$100,000 – $124,000
Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
Annual Incentive Reference Value Percentage:
