TI&SC Services, Product Manager
As a Product Manager within Technical Innovation & Supply Chain (TI&SC) Services, you will be part of a Center of Excellence to support and manage evolving Coca-Cola's Technical, Innovation and Supply Chain strategies. Your primary focus will be on network design & optimization technics, project management, vendors management and managing data & analytical products leveraging data analytics. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, business stakeholders, 3rd party vendors, and IT professionals, you will play a crucial role in improving innovation and supply chain efficiency and customer satisfaction.
What You’ll Do for Us
- Collaborate with the TI&SC teams, OUs, Bottlers, and finance to manage programs in support of TI&SC needs (Innovation, Supply Chain, and Flavor & Concentrate Supply and Quality Safety & Sustainability).
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in supply chain optimization and network design.

- Make recommendations for solutions or improvements to business processes that can be accomplished through new technology or alternative uses of existing technology.

- Communicate complex analytical findings and strategic recommendations to key stakeholders clearly and compellingly.
- Act as a liaison between 3rd party and stakeholders for the development and implementation of new programs and enhancement of existing programs.
- Conduct cost/benefit analyses for proposed projects/programs.

- Coordinate with partners on managing backlog and requirements gathering & documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize and implement program/product updates, algorithm refinements, and usability enhancements.
- Coordinate with partners to manage and maintain detailed program documentation, including user stories, feature descriptions, technical specifications, product updates, progress, and roadmaps.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including OUs, bottlers, financial teams, commercial teams, and supply chain management, to gather insights and validate program requirements.
Qualification & Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in business analytics, data science, or a related field is required. A master’s degree is advantageous.
- Candidates must possess over 5 years of experience as a Supply Chain or Program Management, ideally focusing on network design or demand forecasting or data analytics.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, along with expertise in optimization software such as Coupa (Llamasoft), AIMMS, OptiLogic, or similar.
- Good understanding of the CPG industry and global supply chain dynamics is necessary.
- Familiarity with the franchise business model and its operational methods is preferred.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills are required, with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines is necessary.
- Ability to influence parties both within and outside the job function at an operational level regarding policies, procedures, and practices.

Pay Range:
$100,000 – $124,000
Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
