Sales Manager – Oklahoma City

The Sales Manager will manage 15-25 food service/on premise chain customers and will be responsible for selling all beverage package forms to the portfolio of customers. This position will also be responsible for seeking out and converting new chain business. The sales responsibilities include managing all aspects of customer's businesses including strategic assessment of business, sales forecasting, conducting business reviews, managing senior level relationships and effectively activating and implementing the beverage strategy.

Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities:

  • Write Annual Business Plan for specific group of customers to forecast volume, revenue and expense
  • Appropriately probe to uncover customer's business objectives and needs…. develop value creation strategies; develop investment strategies; and develop influencing plans to successfully accomplish Coca-Cola and Customer objectives.
  • Renegotiate Contractual Agreements
  • Conduct regular business reviews
  • Solve issues that arise during execution in order to eliminate barriers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional team members (e.g. marketing, operations, finance)
  • Gather and analyze customer specific data (e.g. annual reports, 10K, store sales, store layout, check average, service history and traffic) in order to understand current economics, state of overall business, etc. to identify recommendations for growth.

Education Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience

Related Work Experience:
At least 3 years of successful sales account management

Functional Skills:

  • Build Business Plan/Solution/Contingency Plans
  • Monitor Customer Contractual Agreements
  • Consult w/ and Influence Senior Management

Location:

Virtual role based in Oklahoma

Cities: Primarily Oklahoma City, OK, and Tulsa, OK. However, the role will also include customers based in Dallas, TX, and a customer in Midland, TX.

$103,000 – $121,000

Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
