Primary Job Location: (USA) Candidates must be currently located in or willing to relocate to the Atlanta, Georgia area.

Travel: This role requires up to 25% travel, with an expectation to be in the office 3 days a week.

The Senior Manager, RGM Insights serves as a critical leader in delivering advanced pricing, promotion, and packaging strategies that optimize revenue, volume, and profitability for the North America Operating Unit (NAOU) system. This strategic role integrates deep consumer, shopper, and post-event analytics to shape high-impact RGM decisions in collaboration with Multiyear RGM, OBPPC, Franchise, and Execution teams. Success in this position requires a comprehensive understanding of the business landscape, exceptional analytical expertise, and the ability to foster strong cross-functional partnerships to drive enterprise-wide value creation.

What You’ll Do for Us

  • Support category leads to set a 3-to-5-year long-term retail and promo strategy to drive optimal promotional effectiveness and achieve growth ambition

  • Partner with Insights Category Leads to translate strategic initiatives into direct actions in the marketplace

  • Provide thought leadership on data visualization to advance key frameworks, driving adoption and benchmarking, i.e., alignment on KPIs for TPO pillars, creation of Trade Efficiency framework, etc.

  • Become an SME for new digital tools (i.e., TPO 2.0, PriceMap, Post-event analysis tool (PEAT)) to enhance decision-making making long-term strategy

  • Ability to efficiently manipulate and analyze large, disparate data sets to address ad hoc business questions

  • Deliver actionable insights and recommendations derived from deep data analytics, supporting decision-making at both tactical and strategic levels.

What You'll Need

KEY SKILLS / CAPABILITIES 

  • Excellent analytical skills – ability to draw insights and actions from data; ability to develop volumetric & financial models that can accommodate multiple inputs from diverse data sources and be used for scenario planning.

  • Strong partnership and collaboration: Must be able to work across functions and the system effectively.

  • Solid presentation, influencing, and storytelling skills: Present ideas and drive initiatives with clear and concise reasoning and action plans.

  • Strong understanding of customer P&L management, revenue growth management capabilities, forecasting, and trade spend effectiveness.

  • Ability to evaluate business planning goals/strategies and analyze financials to derive insights and initiate gap solving.

  • Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate and influence decision-making to drive adoption of insights.

Pay Range:
$116,500 – $145,800

Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
