What You'll Do for Us:

  • Craft and execute digital marketing strategies, ensuring they resonate across all consumer connection points.
  • Develop segmentation models and leverage data analytics to enhance marketing efficiency across media channels.
  • Drive effective marketing initiatives, working closely with key account teams, brand teams, and external partners.
  • Conduct competitive analysis, continuously adapting strategies to sustain a leading edge in our marketing efforts.
  • Design and manage targeted content for campaigns and customer activations, overseeing the commercialization process for product launches.
  • Keep a stringent watch over the marketing budget, ensuring optimal expenditure and ROI on marketing initiatives.

Requirement & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
  • 2+ years experience in driving innovative digital marketing improvements, balancing immediate & long-term priorities.
  • Capability to execute and deliver quantifiable results, with a knack for importing and exporting good ideas that contribute to business development.
  • Skilled in developing strategic branding positions and nurturing customer relationships while balancing financial and marketing analytics.
  • Experience in portfolio management, revenue management (understanding OBPPC), and new product development.
  • Proficient in utilizing marketing assets and strategic partnerships to bolster connections with customers and consumers.
