Manager, Global Reporting and Strategic Tax Initiatives

In this position you will work primarily with the Director of Global Reporting and Strategic Tax Initiatives to develop and manage our Pillar Two data collection and compliance process. The Compliance process includes all aspects of the GloBE return (“GIR”), including the Transitional Safe Harbor and QDMTT calculations. In this position you will also be responsible for developing processes to ensure the Company meets our global transparency disclosure initiative, including the Country by Country Report (“CbCR”) that is filed with the US Federal Form 1120, Public CbCR filings as required in various jurisdictions, the Company’s tax transparency policy and total tax contribution report, which are both filed on our websites in various jurisdictions, as well as any new requirements, The position will also be responsible for monitoring Pillar Two, CbCR, and other tax transparency initiatives implemented around the globe to ensure The Company meets our filing obligations in the countries in which we operate.
This position will also assist the Transfer Pricing, Federal Income Tax, International Tax and Accounting for Income Tax groups with work as needed.

What You’ll Do for Us:
- Assist in developing and managing the process to gather and review financial data from over 350 entities. Data will be used to prepare and review both our Pillar Two and CbCR compliance submissions around the globe.
- Prepare and review forthcoming compliance requirements related to the OECD’s Pillar 2. The Company’s Pillar 2 compliance requirements will most likely include the yearly Transitional Safe Harbor calculation for provision and return for over 350 entities, preparation of our Globe return, and preparation and filing of QDMTT returns for most of our approximately foreign constituent entities,
- Assist with the preparation and review of both the Company’s Federal Form 1120 CbCR filing requirement and Public CbCR filing requirement in various taxing jurisdictions around the globe. This process includes collecting and reviewing statutory financial data from over 350 entities.
- Track OECD model rule legislation globally and work with Tax Technology lead to ensure the Company has both data collection and compliance functions in place to meet legislative compliance requirements.
- Assist with research and the analysis related to compliance initiatives proposed and implemented globally to determine applicability and impact to the Company then design appropriate processes to meet the related compliance requirement.

- Responsible for managing total tax contribution data collection and analysis process. Provide analysis of data collected to be included in our total tax contribution statement published globally to ensure the Company’s tax contribution in the various countries in which we operate is properly disclosed.
- Provide data collection and data analysis support to Tax Counsel and Transfer Pricing Senior Director to assist in preparation of APAs and transfer pricing studies.
- Assist Accounting for Income Tax Group with monthly and year-end provision calculation. Assist with preparation/review of calculations including Pillar 2 Safe Harbor, Globe liability, GILTI and Domestic Minimum tax.
- Leverage technology to continuously improve and automate processes where the need for improvement is identified.
- Maintain a strong level of knowledge and experience with OneSource tax compliance reporting software and Pillar Two compliance software when implemented.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or equivalent degree. Professional certification is preferred.
- 5-7 years Tax experience with heavy emphasis on tax analysis and planning.
- Strong understanding of Federal and International taxation, Accounting for Income Taxes, and US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) with a thorough understanding of their application to global business operations.
- Large multinational company experience is a plus.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel knowledge required.
- Strong technical skills with expertise in enterprise tax software systems like OneSource income tax.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Power Toos and ability to manage large, complex datasets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to identify critical tax risk and assist in developing and implementing tax strategies aligned with the Company’s objectives.
- Ability to drive process improvements and coordinate with the Tax Technology team to facilitate streamlining and automation.
- Effective communication skills, written and verbal.
- Must be a solid team player and demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment across functional areas.

Pay Range:
$101,000 – $118,000
Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
