Director, KSA Frontline Marketing

What You'll Do for Us:
- Assume project leader role on projects that s/he is leading facilitating collective genius and collaboration across internal and external partners.
- Drive vertical integration of projects through transformation of brand strategies/campaigns to actionable and measurable activation plans on both consumer and shopper fronts in collaboration with internal cross functional and bottler teams.
- Drive system wide alignment (Idea, execution, KBIs, budget) and oversee the execution of national/regional/channel/account specific campaigns and promotions that will amplify the brand ideas/programs/innovations aligned to be deployed in the market.
- Lead bottler alignment on projects (both marketing campaigns and innovations) that s/he is leading through key strategies, objectives, system investment, activity calendar, success metrics in partnership with Category and Franchise teams.
- As the budget owner, own DME management and due diligence related to the market s/he is leading.
- Bring a holistic understanding-based brand analytics in the specific projects as well as on the overall brand progression that would feed into risks/opportunities of the brands/business/region/channels as well as project specific AARs.
- Be the champion of local insights both brand/projects based as well as overall consumer psyche and feed them to rest of the system for effective strategy articulation and activation planning.
- Manage brand activation at the field level, including POS activations & promos and experiential marketing and events (leveraging mkt assets), in coordination with bottling team.
- Support the System in Customer & Shopper marketing agenda, maintaining strong relationships with key customers and partners.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in brand management, marketing, preferably in the consumer goods industry in KSA, including leading smaller teams.
- Experience working in cross-functional and cross-geographical teams is preferred.
- Business, commercial and financial acumen.
- Strong understanding of brand development and multichannel marketing concepts.
- Experience in market research and ability to interpret data to drive brand strategy.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong creative and analytical abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage external agencies.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.
- Self-motivated with a high level of initiative and a sense of urgency.
- Fluency in English and Arabic
- Preference for Saudi Nationals
