Senior Manager, People Analytics Research

The Coca-Cola Company's mission is to refresh the world and make a difference. In support of this mission, our People Analytics team conducts analyses and produces meaningful insights in support of our internal clients and stakeholders. This role reports to the Senior Director of People Analytics in the People Insights, Culture & Strategy center of excellence.

In this role you will support and lead research projects in alignment with our analytics strategy, consulting with stakeholders as needed. Conducting both quantitative and qualitative analyses, you will ensure we have well-designed research that aligns with business. You will also maintain a lens on external research, analytics trends, and benchmarking to inform continued best practices and innovation with the People Analytics team.
 

What You’ll Do For Us:

Deliver Strategic Research and Insights:

  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to answer strategic questions in the areas of talent development, employee engagement, performance management, assessments, etc.

  • Deliver end-to-end on people analytics projects: developing a project plan, pulling together relevant data, conducting statistical analyses, and communicating findings to key partners and stakeholders.

  • Support the delivery of critical routine reporting to key stakeholders throughout the year.

  • Build compelling deliverables to capture stakeholder attention and turn insights into action.

Support Stakeholders and Work with Cross-Functional Teams:

  • Support cross-functional project teams as needed to deliver end-to-end people analytics projects.

  • Consult with stakeholders, helping them to articulate business needs and translating complex analyses into “plain language” in support of action.

  • Proactively identify opportunities that can drive greater organizational impact through insights, informed by conversations with key stakeholders and CoEs.

How you will accomplish the above:

  • Work collaboratively within the People Analytics team to conduct analyses and deliver data-informed insights to key partners, HR leaders, and/or other strategic decision-makers.

  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the People & Culture Function.

  • Identify and articulate stakeholder needs, looking beyond the face value of initial requests.

  • Proactively identify research, in support of our strategic initiatives, that can drive greater organizational impact through data-informed insights.

  • Apply data storytelling best practices to our deliverables, focusing on business-centric recommendations and actions.

Educational Requirements:

  • BA/BS degree required, MA/MS/PhD preferred, in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Labor Economics, Mathematics, or other related field with a focus on statistical analysis and research.

Skills and Work Experience:

  • 5+ years of direct experience performing statistical analysis/conducting applied research in a workplace setting using people data (e.g., Organizational Effectiveness, HR Metrics/Analytics, Talent Analytics, Market Research, Employee Listening).

  • Strong research and analytics skills; intermediate to advanced abilities in statistical techniques (e.g., correlation, regression, ANOVA), research design, psychometrics.

  • Consulting and communication skills, particularly in interpreting stakeholder needs, managing expectations, and connecting insights to action.

  • Storytelling skills and experience translating complex data into actionable insights.

  • Proficiency with analytic tools (e.g., RStudio, SPSS, Python); familiarity with HR systems and other tools (e.g., Workday, Power BI).

  • Familiarity with survey item development, scale development, survey analysis methodologies, and interpretation.

Pay Range:
$138,300 – $163,300

Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
