Senior Director, People & Culture
The Senior Director, People & Culture role is crucial for managing People & Culture (P&C) matters within critical functions and/or geographies of the Eurasia Middle East Operating Unit (EME). This role provides strategic P&C and people management support, advice, and consultative services to business leaders, enabling them to make well-informed business decisions. The role demands the same level of strategic business partnering (SBP) capabilities as those needed to support executive-level leaders.
In addition to partnering with business leaders to drive organizational success, this role will take ownership of leading a critical strategic priority within the Operating Unit’s People & Culture Long-Range and Annual Business Plans. This will involve spearheading a comprehensive and multifaceted initiative that spans across a diverse group of stakeholders, including senior business leaders and teams within the People & Culture function. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that align with key business objectives, fostering collaboration, and delivering measurable outcomes that positively impact the organization’s success.
