At Coca-Cola, we are dedicated to maintaining the highest standards in our manufacturing processes. As such, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead our preventive and corrective maintenance initiatives.
What You'll Do for Us
- Serve as the driving force behind the implementation of the maintenance work schedule, ensuring that all tasks are completed with high quality and efficiency.
- Act as the primary liaison between production supervision and the maintenance department to facilitate communication and coordinate improvement initiatives.
- Oversee and coordinate plant maintenance requirements to achieve necessary upgrades, modifications, and repairs in partnership with planning and scheduling teams.
- Utilize data analytics to assess equipment failure models and mean time between failures (MTBF), recommending improvements that reduce or eliminate equipment and process failures.
- Manage maintenance personnel, fostering a culture of continuous learning and skill enhancement to align with evolving operational demands.
- Implement fail-safe mechanisms to capture maintenance work order data regularly, promoting a systematic approach toward maintenance service delivery.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or Technical/Trade school background Preferred.
- CMRP certification or equivalent Preferred.
- 4+ years of production plant experience with a robust mechanical/electrical aptitude.
- Proven ability to estimate labor hours, visualize jobs to be performed, and manage materials effectively.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to navigate complex situations using tact.
- Strong administrative skills coupled with proficiency in mathematical calculations and paperwork management.
- Readiness to handle multiple complex projects simultaneously and drive them to completion.
- A firm commitment to customer service, displaying an orientation towards meeting and exceeding the expectations of internal customers.

Pay Range:
$109,000 – $129,000
Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
