Global Mobility Consulting Lead
The Global Mobility Consulting Lead role is designed to serve as the one point of contact for all strategic and assignment management mobility needs to both HR OU leaders and OU business leaders with a focus across multiple OUs.
Act as the one point of contact for OU HR and business leaders on mobility policies, plans, programs, practices, processes, and tools. This role has a deep understanding of the talent management strategy for the Company and ensures that we align talent strategy with the mobility packages we offer. The expectation for a Global Mobility Consulting Lead will build strategic plans for cross international border moves for each OU / country / business which can be seamlessly delivered against, along with provide bespoke package consulting for unique new assignments.
What You Need to be Successful

University/bachelor’s degree preferred (HR or Finance desired)
Related Work Experience:

3-5 years of experience in Global Mobility complex consulting and problem solving

Customer service skills
-
Preferred: Microsoft Office, KPMG Link Enterprise, Workday

Strong analytical skills and highly detail oriented

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong team player

Ability to work in a virtual diverse working environment, fully utilizing technology and communication tools
