Finance Associate

Key Responsibilities and areas of deliverables are:-

The Finance Associate will be a part of the Operations Team. The Associate will support financial management responsibilities and financial analysis activities for projects to monitor budget and actuals and and minimize financial risks. The position will demand interaction with other supporting functions/stakeholders, with a focus on Operations Teams. Key responsibilities includes-

  • Develop and maintain project budget trackers in support of the operations teams.
  • Respond to internal and external requests for financial/budgeting assistance from Operations.
  • Responsible for close monitoring of the project deliverables
  • Setting up and driving Internal control systems for project finance – safeguard assets, prevent fraud, ensure compliance with regulations, and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Responsible for Budgetary control & Cashflow management
  • Perform financial analysis of projects and portfolio as directed.
  • Responsible for ensuring Compliance with Regulatory & statutory & Internal control system
  • Management reporting, operations & Project KPI tracking  including reporting of appropriate variances to management
  • Handling & coordinate Audit statutory, tax , internal & Banking requirements & Group Finance team.
  • CWIP review
  • Capitalisation of fixed assets and maintenance of adequate documents

RELATED WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proficient in Managing Project Finance Operation for a Manufacturing Project
  • Minimum of 6-10 years of experience in Finance Function
  • Exposure to FMCG Manufacturing setups, projects execution in the similar Industry
  • Financial modelling & Experience of tracking & monitoring financial risk
  • Coordinating Audits & Experience of Management reporting

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • CA /Post Graduate Degree in Business Finance/Accounting
  • Good Knowledge of SAP and BI
  • MIS and Reporting

Exposure of FMCG environment and Manufacturing areas will be preferred
