Senior Maintenance Engineer

Process Engineer

  • Analyze and improve manufacturing processes for efficiency and quality.
  • Design and implement process changes and new workflows.
  • Identify and resolve process bottlenecks and variation.
  • Introduce new equipment, automation, and digitalization solutions.
  • Support new product introduction and process validation.
  • Develop and update standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Manage cross-functional improvement projects.
  • Collaborate with quality and production teams.
  • Monitor production data and drive data-based decision making.
  • Lead cost reduction and yield improvement initiatives

TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate TPM activities across production lines.
  • Facilitate Autonomous Maintenance (AM) activities with operators.
  • Develop and implement TPM master plans.
  • Monitor OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) and analyse trends.
  • Standardize maintenance procedures and visual controls.
  • Conduct TPM training and workshops.
  • Promote daily management practices and equipment ownership.
  • Support implementation of 5S and visual workplace systems.
  • Lead focused improvement (FI) projects.
  • Report TPM KPIs and improvement progress to management.

Execution of Maintenance Engineer Activities and Utility Operation

  • Perform routine preventive maintenance on production equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
  • Respond to equipment breakdowns and minimize downtime.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation.
  • Monitor spare parts inventory and coordinate procurement.
  • Support equipment installation and relocation.
  • Conduct root cause analysis for recurring equipment issues.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with production teams to improve equipment performance.
  • Participate in maintenance audits and continuous improvement activities.
  • Ensure compliance with KORE/local regulation of utility operations (WWTP, Boiler, Cooling System, E-Power)
  • Ensure Contractor’s regulatory compliance in EOSH area.
  • Lead facility improving activities and support Kaizen with optimized cost.
  • Provide best practices and idea from other organizations.
  • Manage of work permit of hazardous works by associates and contractors
