Process QA Specialist
A. KEY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Quality process activities
- Establish the manufacturing process to comply with the procedures stipulated by KORE, relevant laws, and standards.
- Monitor and verify that the manufacturing process is performed in accordance with the procedures stipulated by KORE, relevant laws, and standards.
- Lead to verify the production line.
- Regularly monitor and follow up on GMP, insect and rat control.
- Lead HACCP activities.
- We support the introduction of new products and new raw materials. (MES, SAP settings)
Root Cause Analysis and Corrective/Preventive Actions Development for Quality problem
- Work with other departments on root cause analysis and find solutions together.
- Develop formal corrective/preventive actions to avoid problems.
- Follow up on actions taken.
Validation management
- Validate new processes and equipment in factories to ensure compliance with quality and food safety requirements.
- Periodically conduct risk assessments.
Cross-sectional activities
- After fully understanding the content of the project promoted by Global, we will cooperate while communicating.
- We actively incorporate a culture of improvement and continuously improve productivity.
- We will improve the working environment so that we can carry out our work safely.
B. QUALIFICATIONS / COMPENTENCIES / SKILLS:
- Knowledge of manufacturing and quality management systems, food safety.
- Understanding of GMP and HACCP
- Problem solving skill
- PC operation skills
- Basic English skill
- Knowledge of food regulations and food additives
- Japanese language proficiency
C. RELATED EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS/ QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of 2-3years experience in quality assurance or production role.
- Experience of quality system and problem solving skills
