Role: Senior Director II, Fairlife Technical Innovation & Stewardship

Primary Job Location: (USA) Candidates must be currently located in or willing to relocate to the Chicago, Illinois area.

Travel: This role requires up to 50% travel, with an expectation to be in the office 5 days a week.

This role provides technical leadership and execution support across all Technical & Innovation (including animal welfare & governance) functions for Fairlife. Key responsibilities include setting and achieving technical goals related to quality, supply continuity, efficiency, and capacity expansion. The leader will drive cost optimization in manufacturing and yields to support profitability while executing TI&SC strategies within Fairlife.

Strategically, the role supports the Coca-Cola System in enhancing product, packaging, supply chain, production infrastructure, and cost efficiencies to foster growth in Fairlife. It involves leading productivity initiatives, developing supply chain contingency plans, and coordinating demand and supply at the market level in collaboration with OU SC teams.

The position also ensures effective commercialization by aligning with key stakeholders and functions, troubleshooting issues, implementing corrective actions, and executing immediate responses. Additionally, the leader will steer Fairlife towards sustainable manufacturing and logistics plans that drive competitive growth.

Acting as a key liaison, the role facilitates system networking with internal and external partners, identifying trends, risks, and insights critical for business and TI&SC functions. The leader oversees a team of Technical, Animal Welfare, and QSE professionals, with goals focused on delivering the annual business plan.

What You'll Do For Us:

Scope, & Impact:

  • Provide technical leadership and execution support to Fairlife across all TI&SC functional areas
  • Leadership on technical goals and objectives setting in Key areas (including performance and execution cups) such as QSE scores, continuity of supply, process efficiency, performance, and timely investments to expand capacity
  • Lead Fairlife actions to optimize manufacturing cost and yields to support profitability requirements
  • Act as the execution arm for TI&SC strategies into Fairlife
  • Strategic leadership and operational support for the Coca-Cola System at Fairlife to build capabilities and capacities of product/package, supply chain, and production infrastructure, processes, people, and cost optimization solutions in order to drive growth
  • Lead, support,t and orchestrate as necessary the execution of productivity initiatives
  • Contribute to developing SC contingency plans and BCPs at the country or market level, coordinate demand and supply at the FO or market level in alignment with the OU SC team and the bottling partners
  • Support the execution of Commercialization plans, working directly with the required stakeholders and OU functions inside and outside the technical structure
  • Act as primary OU technical contact Fairlife in relation to troubleshooting, cross-functional corrective action plans, and IMCR immediate actions
  • Is responsible for steering Fairlife towards creating and executing sustainable manufacturing and logistic operational plans to deliver competitive growth
  • Act as a catalyst for system networking with internal and external partners, identify and communicate insights, trends, risks relevant for the overall business, and TI&SC specifics
  • Leads a team of 7-20 Technical and QSE professionals. Goals and objectives for the role are focused on the annual business plan delivery

What You'll Need:

  • 10 years of experience in one or more functional areas within the TI&SC scope: QSE, SRA, Commercialization, Supply Chain, technical franchise leadership, CPS, R&D, food or beverage industry (Manufacturing, QSE, Logistics-Supply Chain, Engineering, among others).
  • Very good understanding of technical risk management, technical governance, project management framework and methodologies, QSE metrics and commercialization processes.
  • Strong abilities to connect and collaborate with the bottling partners and suppliers, and the commercial roles of the FO

Pay Range:
$192,100 – $223,000

Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
