Senior Manager, RGM Strategy – LATAM

Position Overview:

Responsible for the optimization of the OBPPC architecture, price strategy guidelines and execution focus across LATAM and all portfolios. To maximize system revenue, market share growth and generate margin expansion, while harmonizing with the brand positioning intends of the category leads and ensuring consistency and coherence across the entire portfolio.

Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities:

  • This role defines the process, methodology, develop playbook and share best practices to guide the organization about the price & portfolio strategy of RGM.
  • Create and track the price guidelines for all categories and channels as a guide for all LATAM operations.
  • Determine the prices that maximize revenues and profits while preserving volume and Share of Market, using the Coherence Matrix premises and key variables past evolution.
  • Apply the Coherence Matrix to define ideal prices per SKU based on cross elasticities of KO and competitors’ products, defining protection factors and competitiveness in a segmented way.
  • Define the price execution methodology with clear markup, commercial policy and execution guidelines to influence the system to implement the price strategy.
  • Lead and apply the OBPPC framework and methodology across LATAM and ensure tools deployment within the region.
  • Define the priority portfolio concept and rules to drive the portfolio sustainable growth across all regions.
  • Identify and influence the operations implementation about the opportunities of mix management to increase revenue growth and margin expansion.
  • Leverage Advanced Analytics and Artificial Intelligence to provide superior RGM solutions that ultimately growth Revenues and improve Margins.
  • Cross-collaboration and influence the commercial and channel teams to incorporate portfolio & price strategy local plans.
  • Connect with category leads to understand brands positioning within the relevant competitive set, factoring this guidance as a condition for the optimization process.
  • This role defines the process, methodology, develop playbook and share best practices to guide the organization about the price and portfolio strategy of RGM.
  • The role is an individual contributor that will connect with various parts of the organization/system: Channels Strategy, Marketing, Franchise Leadership, Strategy, Finance, Supply and Bottlers.

Related Work Experience:

  • 7+ years of leadership experience in RGM or Commercial Planning and execution with strong skills in Finance, Segmentation, Execution, Innovation and Channel Strategy.
  • Proven Strategic and Analytical Skills.
  • Ability to think from planning to execution and solid system commercial and brand management.
  • This position demands high interpersonal / communications skills to influence, negotiate and coordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage projects of high complexity.
  • Autonomy to work, influence system and KO team and making projects progress.
  • Desirable to have candidates with Bottler experience.

  • Deep understanding of Revenue Growth Management.
