Senior Manager Execution and Commercial Capabilities – Brazil

Responsible for deploying execution plans and guidelines; Point of contact of ICE and Excelence Cup in Brazil; Influence Latam plans and guidelines; Conducts business analysis and makes recommendations on execution plans and sales fundamentals; Work closely with Franchise units and Bottlers to understand opportunities and develop local recommendations.
Individual contributor that is fully proficient in applying established standards; knowledge base acquired from several years of experience in Coca-Cola system dynamics, execution and commercial capabilities knowledge; works independently; may coach other professionals.

Position Overview Focus, Scope, & Impact:

• Responsible to implement system commercial capabilities for all channels, identifying key opportunities, to guarantee channel strategy implementation, delivering revenues, transactions and volume objectives.

• Rollout Market Assets placement plan (including Smart Coolers) according to the local opportunities to continue building our edge @ the POS.

• Responsible for the deployment of Prospection strategies for channel sustainability and customer long-term engagement.

• Cross-collaborate with Availability & OOS to implement actions to increase key SKUs and combined coverage availability, as well as to significantly reduce OOS across the portfolio.

• Establish performance tracking systems and reports to advance execution with focus on RED / PICOS implementation to rapidly achieve full potential. Connect with Execution Optimization to provide feedback from the marketplace and improve executional initiatives.

• Partner with Channel Strategy, Affordability and Premiumization areas to support market plans to increase shopper accessibility, affordability and premiumization, supported by tools and capabilities brought thru Executional Intelligence area.

• Work closely with the Bottlers and Franchise Leaders to improve internal processes, support tools implementation (eg. SFE/MFE) and RTM revisions, to maximize speed and effectiveness of company's response to changing market conditions and enhance go-to-market.

• Leverages advanced analytics for opportunity identification and technology for solutions scalability.

Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities Work Focus:

• This role requires knowledge of Commercial Execution and Bottlers Operation understanding and experience to work in collaboration with different stakeholders.

• This role must be able to deep dive into the details of Commercial Capabilities to structure and analyze data to generate fact-based analysis

• Ability to drive cross-functional support and cross-system alignment, to ensure that Commercial Execution concepts and programs are embedded in channel strategies, customer programs, and execution plans to ensure effectively deployment in each market.

• To be successful, this role requires a strong combination of strategic thinking, analytical expertise, problem solving mindset, and the ability to build up simple plans that can be easily understood by frontline salespeople and customers.

Related Work Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in Commercial Execution, Market Development and Channel Strategy • Problem solving mindset with strong Analytical Skills, and a good working knowledge of digital solutions and machine learning models • Outstanding influencing skills and cross-functional collaborative working standards • Deep understanding of Value Chain concept
