Production Coordinator – Night Shift

The Production Operator V is a position where you’ll be on the front lines of our success. We are looking for candidates with prior production experience that have a keen eye for the details and takes great pride in the quality of their work.
What You’ll Do for Us
- Prepares beverage & beverage base batches based on lab sheets shared by developers within the expected quality and time and prepares consumables & finished goods for production/shipment.
- Analyzes basic beverage parameters i.e. brix, acidity, pH, carbonation, and taste.
- Monitors processes to maintain the production parameters within specifications and monitors microbiological conditions of equipment and take appropriate corrective actions.
- Interacts with the Product Developers to clarify production processes and to inform of non-conformities.
- Provides guidance, expertise and training in selected pilot plant equipment and develops expertise on specific equipment.
- Works directly with cross-departmental personnel and management to problem-solve to ensure maximum production efficiencies.
- Works as the primary Trainer for new employees leading training classes covering policies, processes, standard work, lean tools and new/revised systems requirements.
- Works very closely with Blow Mold Manager to determine daily and long-term goals and priorities that need to be completed.
- Implements the plant reliability strategy by facilitating exercises, tracking performance, maintaining data and records and reporting status of various reliability programs.
- Manages documentation and records in order to ensure that they are complete, current, secure and easily retrievable.
- Reviews and updates existing standards, specifications or requirements in order to comply with changes in regulatory and customer requirements, and to support new product development.
Qualification & Requirements
- High School diploma or GED equivalent is required with a Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 2-5 years of successful experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Must be proficient in understanding, monitoring, and acknowledging machine malfunction alarms with the ability to manage solutions efficiently and effectively.
- Must have a working knowledge of beverage applications & basic parameters, knowledge of principles industrial food hygiene and an understanding of ERP environment.
- Competency in brix/acidity/pH/CO2 analysis is ideal.
- Forklift and Hi-Lift certified or ability to become certified in a reasonable time frame
- Must have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work efficiently under stressful situations
- Must be able to use computer and associated software programs, such as Microsoft Office, One Note, SAP, Infinity Quality System.

Pay Range:
$60,091 – $73,445
Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
