Sr. Director, Global Marketing Procurement
This is an Individual Contributor role that will require the incumbent to be based in Atlanta, GA.
We’re seeking a Sr. Director, Global Marketing Procurement (North America) to lead media procurement initiatives and manage a $1B+ marketing spend. This individual will drive strategic sourcing for North American media, working as a key business partner across marketing, operations, and external agencies. The role requires significant expertise in media procurement, contract negotiation, and performance management to ensure the optimal mix of commercial value and strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership
- Lead procurement strategies for $1B+ media spend, negotiate commercial terms, and analyze cost models.
- Partner with agencies, digital platforms, and service providers to ensure value and efficiency.
- Implement innovative approaches using data analytics and cutting-edge sourcing processes.
Agency & Partner Management
- Oversee relationships with media agencies and platforms, ensuring contracts and performance align with business goals.
- Benchmark media planning and buying effectiveness via cost, reach, ROI, and other metrics.
Collaboration & Communication
- Work closely with marketing, legal, finance, and external stakeholders to integrate media procurement into the broader business strategy.
- Support transformation initiatives with cross-functional and global teams.
Business Insights & Problem-Solving
- Assess industry trends, evolving technology, and business impacts to ensure continuity and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
- Create scalable best practices for cost modeling, measurement, and ROI.
Requirements:
- Experience: 10+ years of business experience with deep knowledge of the North America media marketplace.
- Expertise: Strong understanding of media agencies, digital media, eCommerce, planning and optimization, tools, data, and measurement.
- Leadership: Proven ability to manage multi-million-dollar portfolios, long-term business decisions, and global collaboration.
- Skills: Contract negotiation, performance management, stakeholder engagement, and strategic problem-solving.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills focused on influence and collaboration.

Pay Range:
$162,000 – $188,000
Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
