The Senior Manager, New Digital Measurement Models and Analytics Frameworks will be part of a team committed to leveraging the latest technologies to drive innovative technology enabled research solutions. As we continue to evolve, we seek a visionary researcher to spearhead our new technology-enabled research initiatives. What You will Do for Us: 

  • Partner cross-functionally with a community of data, research, analytic and human insights experts and network teammates in development of the transformation agenda for our connected consumer and shopper marketing data strategic approach, research and data measurement tools and capabilities of the future.
  • Be part of cross-network teams on large-scale consumer and shopper research measurements, globally scaled tracking programs across consumer, shopper, commercial and customer tracking inclusive of operational implementation.
  • Be part of the team identifying industry thought-leaders in consumer and shopper data intelligence partnerships, capabilities, and modernized approaches across consumer, commercial, omni-channel, and customer data ecosystem as well as identifying and engaging global leaders in research data auding during and post field.
  • A large proportion of this position’s time will be allocated in creating and implementing new digital and technology-enabled research methodologies that enhance our understanding of market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitive landscapes. This role will involve utilizing advanced digital tools, AI and emerging technologies to produce actionable insights that inform strategic decision-making.

 

Qualification & Requirements

  • In this role, you will take the lead in designing and executing cutting-edge research methodologies that harness the power of technology. This involves creating frameworks that not only utilize digital platforms but also integrating advanced technology tools to continuously collect and analyse market data. Your focus will be on ensuring that the methodologies you develop are not only innovative but also effective in providing real-time insights that reflect the dynamic nature of the market.
  • A key aspect of this role will be to continuously monitor and stay informed about the latest industry trends and emerging technologies. This involves engaging with professional networks and research agencies. Integrating these new technologies into our existing research processes, will enhance our capability to be more effective and efficient, gather more precise data and deliver deeper insights. A proactive approach will ensure that our methodologies remain relevant and at the forefront of market research practices. It includes systematically analysing the effectiveness of different approaches based on the feedback received from agencies, stakeholders, and data analysis results.
  • Must have depth of understanding and depth of expertise across various consumer and shopper research and measurement methodological approaches and survey design techniques.
  • Ability to develop diverse network partnerships to leverage "best in class" knowledge, approaches, and processes in the technology arena.
  • Must be able to lead by example inspiring, leading and unlocking internal and external teammates strategically and operationally to drive systemic technology business impact.
  • Consistently model critical leadership behaviours of being the role model, setting the agenda and helping people be their best selves to engage, inspire and unlock next level of leadership across the team.

Related Work Experience:

  • Minimum of +10 years of research experience with the majority on the research supplier side with a focus on digital and technology-enabled methodologies. Research agency experience on consumer tracking and shopper /HHP management a definite advantage.
  • Strong understanding of digital research methods, including online surveys, social media analytics, and mobile data collection.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • A passion for innovation and staying abreast of industry trends and technological advancements.  
  • Must have experience working across teams and geographies in a complex, global environment, with a deep understanding of the challenges of implementing research technologies in both developed and developing regions.
  • Expertise in research technology protocols and the design and implementation of diagnostic tools across diverse markets is essential.
  • Enjoys the challenge of driving the adoption of new transformational research technologies, approaches, and services. Capable of leading organizational change and influencing global end users and stakeholders for successful adoption of these innovations.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree required; MBA or Advanced Degree in Science preferred.

Pay Range:
$130,000 – $147,000

Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
