Director, Global Health & Wellbeing Delivery
Job Summary: As the Global Health & Wellbeing (H&W) Director, you will play a pivotal role in leading the development, implementation, and delivery of comprehensive health and wellbeing programs across all countries where the company operates. You will oversee approximately one-third of global H&W delivery, managing benefit areas such as Medical, Life Insurance, Employee Assistance Programs (EAP), Time & Attendance, allowances, and more.
In this leadership role, you will collaborate closely with various departments, including Operating Units, Total Rewards Centers of Excellence (CoE), Procurement, HR Tech, Payroll, Employee Relations, and HR, to ensure seamless program execution. You will also manage vendor performance of H&W programs where applicable.
As a people manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of six employees, including H&W Managers and Consultants.
Additionally, the Global H&W Director will play a key role in shaping and leading project strategies for H&W initiatives globally, ensuring that our programs are innovative, effective, and aligned with the company's overall strategic objectives.
This role requires a dynamic leader with a strong background in health and wellbeing program management, exceptional collaboration skills, and the ability to drive results in a complex, global environment.
Additionally, you will serve as the primary point of contact for Regional Total Rewards Senior Directors (TRSD) as assigned, ensuring they receive the necessary support from the Global TR Operations team – not only H&W.
Key Responsibilities can include:

Lead project management of H&W program changes globally, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, compliance with defined processes, and employee satisfaction.

Collaborate with partners (payroll, HR Tech, procurement, Communications, TR leaders, etc.) to ensure the successful delivery of H&W programs.

Build strong relationships with TRSDs to build trust through transparency and ensuring excellent support is provided.

Regular cadence with key partners and stakeholders to identify areas where improved partnership or technical solutions will drive satisfaction across TR services.

Create, execute, and delegate test plans to ensure implementations and ongoing processes function as designed.

Ensure existing H&W programs are delivered accurately, meet customer needs, and comply with regulations and standards.

Respond to escalated issues pertaining to H&W programs from Total Rewards leaders, vendors, teammates, and management.

Apply advanced knowledge of H&W disciplines to identify solutions for complex global H&W issues and collaborate with peers, partners, vendors, and leaders to design sustainable solutions that are simpler, better, and faster.

Manage complex vendor relationships, ensuring compliance with contract terms, SLAs, and overall delivery.

Ensure all legally required documents regarding services are received, followed-up on, and handed over to other functions for archiving in employee files. Ensure information is available for company audits and legal suits as needed.

Accountable for people management including fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment, developing team members, and managing performance.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

Demonstrated commitment to ethical practices and integrity in previous roles.

Excellent relationship management skills, with demonstrated ability to find solutions to problems that might initiate in areas where they lack expertise.

Pay Range:
$143,600 – $164,700
Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
