Director, Strategic Growth
The Director, Strategic Growth will focus on managing strategic initiatives across North America Operating Unit (NAOU) Strategy. This includes ensuring initiatives are prioritized and aligned to operational and strategic objectives for both short and long-term growth. This role will lead cross-functional strategic projects identifying growth opportunities and addressing key challenges. You will analyze data from multiple angles (industry, customer, consumer, competitor, and internal) to synthesize insights and make actionable recommendations.
What You’ll Do for Us:

Join a team that functions as an in-house consulting group for NAOU

Support the development of recommendations and actions that NAOU should take to drive growth for the overall business

Collaborate with and influence key functional leaders across NAOU using strategic frameworks and compelling analytical storytelling

Use data and insights to identify and deliver fact-based recommendations

Work with complex data sets; collect, organize, analyze, and visualize internal & external data

Build analytical models that serve as the foundation of business recommendations
Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of work experience is required

The ability to lead, prioritize, collaborate, and execute multiple complex projects is required

Strong relationship management (at all levels of the organization and externally with suppliers, contractors, bottlers) is required

Ability to leverage problem solving frameworks to structure complex/ambiguous business questions is strongly preferred

Intermediate/Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, and experience with data sources such as Nielsen, Numerator, Circana, etc. is strongly preferred

Ability to influence senior stakeholders

Excellent presentation and communication skills

Must possess the ability to seek alternatives and recommend best solutions that gain all parties support and lead to win-win results

Pay Range:
$164,000 – $193,000
Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
Annual Incentive Reference Value Percentage:
