Digital Ordering Product Owner

Lead the design and guide the implementation of a long-term Digital Ordering Product Strategy in The Coca-Cola System in close collaboration with Customer & Commercial; DAO; Platform Services; Franchise Leadership Organization and Bottling groups globally. Will play an essential role in bridging between current state and future state digitization to drive the significant step-change necessary to successfully transform our organization and build digital capabilities for the future. The Product Owner leads a networked global working team, including tech, commercial and franchise representatives, overseeing day-to-day execution, ensuring timely delivery, and translating business needs into clear technical requirements. He/she enables the working team to effectively execute the plan. Success in this role is measured by adherence to timelines, development of scalable solutions, and delivery of committed business outcomes, which ultimately will result in incremental revenue growth in markets the global solutions are rolled-out.

What You'll Do for Us:

  • Accountable for delivering global solutions and ensuring alignment with end user objectives

  • Develop and manage the product roadmap, working closely with Experience Business Lead to prioritize features and resources that drive desired outcomes

  • Serve as the primary liaison between the business and technical teams, ensuring solutions are both technically feasible and aligned with goals

  • Leads the broader working team, driving accountability and overseeing day-to-day execution to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions

  • Determine the necessary resources (personnel, technology, budget), deploying as needed to execute the roadmap

  • Remove operational roadblocks, ensuring frictionless operations

  • Evolve plans, adjusting the roadmap as needed to meet business

  • Collaborate with the Local & Regional Communities to constantly look for best practices/opportunities and share the progress across the System

  • Manage complex and multiple interactions with all bottler partners and key customers at both Leadership/ Executive level for inspiration and engagement (buy-in) as well as with Operational teams for project development and implementation

  • Challenges conventional thinking and brings new solutions for the B2B platform requires continuously seek and bring Digital trends to implement completely new processes that impact the Bottlers and customers’ value chain. 

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • 100% dedication to end-user experience

  • Experience with agile development in a product strategy or product management role

  • Experience defining technical requirements and guiding technical roadmap in coordination with cross-functional teams

  • Thought, strategic and cultural leader with strong communication and influence power

  • Success in delivering user-focused digital solutions

  • Proven expertise in translating business objectives into actionable product strategies

  • Experience in managing roadmaps and product backlogs, prioritizing features for business value and feasibility, while navigating technical constraints

  • Expertise in managing cross-functional teams, day-to-day execution
