Director Frontline Marketing – Peru and Ecuador

Located in Ecuador or Peru, you will collaborate in a multi-functional team across PEC, with many different stakeholders, including other Marketing areas, Latam brand team members, agencies, customer teams, innovation, R&D, commercial teams and with our bottling partners, as well as other cross-functional partners, bringing light to the motivation of our consumers, and connecting it with their main occasion, drinking moments and passions.

What You’ll Do for Us

A Director Frontline Marketing will:

  • Bring an overall Portfolio brand & business vision to the MKT team and PEC multi-area team.
  • Co-Lead and manage bottler alignment on the marketing agenda.
  • Portfolio priorities and category/brand strategies and plans (objectives, DME investments, success metrics and activity calendars, including Innovation projects and IMX Campaigns) in partnership with C&CL and Franchise Leadership.
  • Actively work on regional market development to ensure the right implementation of projects.
  • Provide market input for the development of OU- and market-level strategies, plans and Innovation projects.
  • Provide input to localization and real-time amplification of IMX campaigns and strategic corridors within the Franchise units.
  • Manage brand activation at the local level, including POS activations & promos and experiential marketing and events (leveraging mkt assets), in coordination with with bottlers.
  • Support the System in Customer & Shopper marketing agenda, maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Lead the business and brands agenda by example and help developing the team.
     

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (Ideally in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related areas)
  • 10+ years of experience in a brand management role with the ability to steward brand initiatives designed to deliver business and brand objectives through the path to purchase (consumer content to in-store execution).
  • Brand management: knowledge of core marketing concepts (i.e. Brand positioning, Brand Architecture, etc) to build brand equity & develop marketing plans.
  • Marketing operations: knowledge of basic operating concepts (i.e. channels, OBPPC, RGM, trade/consumer promotions, etc).
  • Financial understanding to ensure profitable leadership. P&L understanding. Ability to build solid business cases.
  • Passionate team player and willing to learn and drive results.
  • Be able to influence and have an active role in PEC "agenda”.
  • Languages: English and Spanish are required
