Senior Director II, FSOP Consumer & Channel Strategy
This role leads a team of seasoned associates responsible for defining and implementing consumer-focused, customer-forward strategies to build Coca-Cola leadership in the Foodservice and On-Premise (FSOP) channel. This role will define a consumer anchored multi-year strategy and initiatives for customer teams to leverage in the marketplace.
Success for this role includes heavy collaboration and relationship building with Coca-Cola North America leaders across Foodservice and On-Premise Sales and Customer Growth, Bottling Partners, Commercial, Franchise and Marketing teams. The role also requires a seasoned General Manager with proven people-leadership experience; strategic business planning acumen; beverage bottler system knowledge; leading through change; and customer relationship expertise. Equally important for this leader is the ability to enhance a strong culture and a collaborative team that actively seeks to create value-based solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set strategic vision for a team of consumer and channel associates responsible for developing strategies and critical actions to drive growth in the FSOP business.
- Develop insights-based direction and ensure development of actionable in-market plans at scale.
- Prioritize top business opportunities and deploy team against key areas of growth to ensure annual business plan and long-range plan success.
- Build team capabilities to drive high-performance and deliver top-quartile growth for the organization.
- Create an agile team culture that strategically responds to growth opportunities. Ensure a culture that can pivot with ease and adjust to a fluid business environment.
- Provide leadership voice for Coca-Cola for Foodservice and On-Premise consumer and channel expertise with external facing partnerships.
- Establish, track and steward success metrics of core work of the team to ensure continuous assessment of what is working and where to pivot to drive business impact.
- Partner across a broader leadership team as a peer with Digital, Category and Insights leaders. Collaborate deeply with leadership across the broader organization (Sales and Growth) to ensure full alignment of strategic vision, work and execution / deliverables.
- Drive team transformation to build for the future with a focus on proactive forward-looking opportunities in balance with current critical needs.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Visionary and agile leadership, quick to adapt to changes in the business, needs of customer relationships, and a dynamic consumer marketing landscape.
- Strategic expertise in development of brand/consumer marketing, and customer-facing business plans.
- Consumer-oriented mindset with clear understanding of brand strategies.
- Seasoned people leadership with proven culture-building, people career development success and leading through change.
- Leading leaders of others and leading across functions to make an impact.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across stakeholders and navigate through uncertainty.
- 10+ years CPG and/or beverage industry experience in a consumer-facing capacity. BA Required; MBA Preferred.

Pay Range:
$224,100 – $257,600
Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
