Director, eB2B Insights & Analytics

What you’ll do for us: 

  • Lead analytics strategy: Own and develop comprehensive eB2B data & analytics strategy, ensuring it supports growth objectives, aligns with business priorities & drives measurable impact across the organization 

  • Business performance reporting & insights: Oversee business performance reporting, providing actionable insights that inform decision-making and optimize performance across segments and business units 

  • Data-driven problem solving: Lead complex, data-driven problem-solving initiatives, transforming business challenges into clear, actionable recommendations 

  • Proprietary research & market insights: Conduct proprietary research and market analysis to inform strategic decisions, uncover new opportunities, and support the development of customer-centric products and services 

  • Stakeholder collaboration & influence: Partner with internal & external cross-functional teams, including product & technology, commercial & customer, and bottler & franchise, to align business & data strategies and ensure data-driven decisions are embedded throughout the enterprise 

About you: 

  • Strategic analytical leader: You possess exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex, large, imperfect data sets. You are adept at extracting insights from data and aligning them with broader business goals, driving strategic initiatives across the organization. 

  • Digitally savvy & product focused: You understand the digital landscape and are comfortable working with digital solutions. Your ability to connect the dots between data, digital platforms & customer experience allows you to drive innovation and deliver impact across the organization. 

  • Thrives in ambiguity & complexity: Comfortable working through ambiguity, you have a unique ability to connect disparate data points and ideas into cohesive, actionable strategies. Your approach combines creative, structured & analytical thinking to develop well-grounded recommendations that shape decision-making at all levels of the business. 

  • Influential communicator & storyteller: You are a master at distilling complex data into compelling, strategic narratives that resonate with senior stakeholders. Your ability to influence and drive decisions through clear, concise & impactful communication make you a trusted advisor. 

  • Collaborative change agent: You work seamlessly with cross-functional teams, understanding business needs & formulating data-driven strategies that influence key business outcomes. You excel at guiding teams through the process of data gathering, analysis & delivering strategic insights that support organizational objectives. 

Experience & skills: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field 

  • 8+ years in analytics or business intelligence leadership 

  • Highly proficient in data manipulation & analysis, leveraging tools such as SQL, Alteryx, Google Analytics, etc. to derive insights 

  • Extensive experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to create executive-level dashboards and reports that communicate strategic insights effectively

Pay Range:
$164,000 – $193,000

Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
