Demand Planning Analyst

With a global presence spanning 19 manufacturing plants across 18 countries and two office locations in Atlanta and Drogheda, Ireland, we are responsible for manufacturing concentrates and beverage bases for our bottling partners worldwide. Additionally, we manage complex supply chains for various additional materials, including juice, coffee, tea, and milk.
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Demand Planning Manager to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on managing short, medium, and long-term demand plans for several CPS plants. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with various teams, including Planning & Logistics, Finance, Customer Management, Portfolio Management & Material Management, bottlers, Operating Units, and Platform Services.
What You'll Do for Us
- Utilize end-to-end (E2E) data in demand analytics to drive system consensus on concentrate demand using forecasts, market data, and sales information.
- Develop and present demand plans for the South Cone Franchise, ensuring alignment with partners, Supply Chain, and plants.
- Define and implement segmented planning tactics and develop demand scenarios, providing volume adjustments and stockholding recommendations.
- Maintain system data consistency to build trust with material teams, finance, and procurement.
- Train CS team members on the Demand Planning system and support adherence to standard demand processes
- Accelerate data visibility across Supply Chain teams and external partners using advanced reporting solutions.
- Provide detailed analysis of demand plans, understanding drivers, assumptions, risks, and opportunities.
- Facilitate consensus on demand adjustments and ensure data accuracy in the system.
- Participate in next-generation S&OP calls to establish a consensus forecast.
- Drive process improvements and automation opportunities to increase efficiencies across the region.
- Report demand KPIs, conduct root cause analysis, and implement improvement actions.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Related Work Experience: 5+ years in Data Analytics, Planning/Materials Management, or Budget areas
- Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Data Intelligence, Business, Finance, or Supply Chain Management

- Hard Skills: Analytical reasoning and logical thinking, Proficiency with digital tools such as ERP, Business Intelligence & Reporting (e.g., Power BI), and Data transformation (e.g., Power Automate), Business analytics experience, preferably in a supply chain environment, Data architecture and Sales & Operations Planning.
- Cultural Diversity: Fluent in written and spoken Spanish and English, Strong communication skills with the ability to operate in a multicultural environment and influence upwards.
- Travel Requirements: 5% global travel.
- Work Location: CPS site in Argentina or Chile
