Senior Director, Procurement – Non-Citrus Juices

This position is responsible for the development and execution of category strategies, strategic sourcing process, negotiations, contracting, and supplier relationship activities involving the sourcing of facilities related products and services. You’ll be accountable for value creation budget, project management, supply risk management, policy recommendations, and medium-term planning working with the My Workplace team. We’re looking for an individual that has keen negotiating skills and an ability to drive results that effect the bottom line.
What You’ll Do for Us
Lead Procurement of all Non-Citrus juices in North America
- Accountable for supply assurance, cost management, sustainability
- Category Management for all non-citrus juice, including but not limited to apple, strawberry, cranberry, grape, pineapple
- Networked with all key NA stakeholders
- Networked with all strategic Non-Citrus suppliers
- Networked with Industry leaders
Lead Sourcing for Apples and Grape globally
- Accountable for supply assurance, cost management, sustainability
- Global category management
- Networked with all key suppliers
- Networked with key OU stakeholders
- Networked with all G2G team members
Qualifications & Requirements

Able to develop Procurement priorities aligned to ABPs and LRPs of Nutrition platform

Able to recommend best solutions that gain all parties support and lead to win-win results

Bachelor’s degree and 3 – 5 years of experience of juice experience or no undergraduate degree and 15 years of related work experience

Experience of managing Global ag. commodities categories with multiple Operating Units as beneficiaries

Relationship management (suppliers, contractors, bottlers)

Pay Range:
$162,000 – $188,000
Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
