• Salary: $79,213-99,016 plus annual target bonus
• Preferred experience: Working in the Consumer-Packaged Good Industry, Lean Six Sigma experience, process mapping and/or design experience.

Position Responsibilities:  

• Manages end-to-end improvements of Shared Business Services processes by supporting documentation, design, and transformation efforts, enhancing operational efficiency through analysis of business processes and financial data, and utilizing analytical and problem-solving skills to develop business cases for change 
• Facilitate workshops to document current processes and design future states, perform gap analysis, and work with process owners on planning/executing transformation roadmaps to drive scalability and end-to-end effectiveness in Shared Business Services processes 
• Conduct data analyses and use data findings to develop process improvement plans/business solutions and drive efficiencies 
• Communicate analyses and findings with senior leaders and stakeholders to ensure buy-in and support for updating existing processes and launching of new processes 
• Lead the execution of business solutions by communicating project plans to all stakeholders, establish performance standards, clarify business priorities and information/data, and measure project progress 
• Support a continuous improvement culture by providing training and coaching to team members on process optimization 
• Other projects or duties as assigned.
