Processing Operator

In this position you’ll be providing support to the production department by executing operational duties as defined by safety, quality and productivity parameters.

 

What You’ll Do for Us 

  • Operate multiple filler types and support equipment and/or understand batch mixing for simple, juice and emulsion mixes as well as Pasteurization and homogenization batches.

  • Forklift operation

  • Detailed documentation

  • Drive Innovative Business Improvements: Develop new insights into solutions for organizational improvements; promote a work environment that fosters creative thinking, innovation and informed risk taking

Qualification & Requirements 

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent

  • 2-5 years of successful experience in a manufacturing environment.  

  • Strong knowledge of SAP

  • Strong knowledge of GMP/ HACCP

  • Understanding and knowledge of basic Lean Manufacturing tools and concepts

  • Good math skills, Strong problem solving skills, Strong team interaction.

Pay Range:
$61,200 – $82,800

Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.

Annual Incentive Reference Value Percentage:
7.5

Annual Incentive reference value is a market-based competitive value for your role. It falls in the middle of the range for your role, indicating performance at target.
