Warehouse Coordinator

The Warehouse Coordinator will execute tactical labor planning tasks/activities to enable peak performance/productivity within warehousing operations.

What You’ll Do for Us 

  • Process/Convert all production orders, sales Orders and STOs into SAP warehouse Transport orders via SAP (CCR, CDC, Export, etc. 

  • Printing (as needed) TO’s / Production (Process) Plans. Prioritize the distribution of Picking assignments to the team for the picking of orders 

  • SLE and Over label execution 

  • Backfill warehouse coordinator absences across all three shifts. 

  • Follow up with Customer Service on existing materials in “Q” status 

  • Ensure all orders are noted on daily outbound shipping boards 

  • Review PGI report, ensure all orders are closed the order departed facility 

  • Verify correct information on shipping documents / packing slips and in KO information system to ensure accurate customer billing. 

  • Follow up with Customer Service on potential expiring materials (“C” stocks 

  • Provide Warehouse Team Leader with carrier issues, STO information, and productivity measures on weekly basis 

  • Provide input on associate performance as it relates to the Core Competencies and Performance(Productivity) 

  • Schedule, Process, and Coordinate Customer Returns 

  • Backfill the Transportation Coordinator Position when he/she is out of the office via the use of OTM or relevant transportation planning software 

  • Participate in various functional and cross functional operational meetings 

  • Partner with the shift leader on managing Inbound (receiving)work assignments 

Qualifications & Requirements 

  • High school diploma or GED 

  • Demonstrate leadership in a team environment where honest communication, a positive attitude, engagement, and personal accountability is expected  

  • Excellent leadership skills including development, supervision, and accountability 

  • Detail oriented, organized, and committed to quality 

  • Well-developed oral and written communication skills 

  • Customer service focused and results driven 

  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with proven problem-solving ability 

  • Operational knowledge of food safety standards, regulations, and compliance 

  • Knowledge of safe work practices, including OSHA regulations, forklift certification, and training 

  • Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment 

  • Ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend English 

  • Ability to understand, record, and communicate material and product information 

  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and have good computer skills 

  • Good attendance and performance record

Pay Range:
$66,150 – $89,460

Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.

Annual Incentive Reference Value Percentage:
7.5

Annual Incentive reference value is a market-based competitive value for your role. It falls in the middle of the range for your role, indicating performance at target.
