Focus, Scope, & Impact: 
 
OU (Operating Unit) Production Manager will focus primarily on: producing the approved consumer, shopper and customer content. 
Production Development: in alignment with OU Creative Strategy, IMX Leads, Consumer and Shopper Engagement Leads:  

  • Producing Content (AV, Music, Photography etc) for global or regional IMX campaigns (when delegated by GCLs) as well as local brands. 

  •  Being responsible for timelines and budgets for production, across multiple touchpoints, and channels. 

  • Managing licensing and celebrity negotiations and being the guardian of rights management, ensuring all required media is covered with the production contracts for the needed duration.

  • Continuously looking out for new production studios, companies, directors / producers / music composers, technologies, techniques, and other service providers. 

  • Searching for the most recent and relevant processes and techniques to broaden and strengthen the impact of the approved ideas. 

  • Developing modular production solutions, to increase re-use of content and to enable efficient localization, and real time amplification with quality and speed. 

  • Partnering with Consumer and Shopper Engagement teams to define the best production process for the approved ideas / platforms.  

  • Partnering with Procurement team to negotiate efficiently and effectively. 

Work Focus: 

  • Ability to work with agencies and content creators around the world to produce ideas. 

  • Ability to lead multiple productions for campaigns / projects across categories and multiple touch points. 

  • Good understanding of the evolved content landscape, new forms of content.  

  • Ability to work in Agile cross-functional teams.  

 
Related Work Experience:

  • Production and content development experience (8-10 years), including working in or with production studios or creative agencies.  

  • Direct experience with all production development for omni-channel media, including (AV, Music, Still Photography).

Communication Focus  
Role will require frequent communication with OU IMX Lead, OU Assets and Partnerships Lead, Global Production Lead, Global IMX lead and OU Category Creative Strategy Leads and Consumer and Shopper Engagement Leads and similar counterparts in other OUs.  
Role will also interact frequently with external parties, particularly creative agencies and production and talent companies. 
English is required;

Spanish or Portuguese – Preferred
