Brand Marketing Intern – POWERADE (BODYARMOR)

BODYARMOR is seeking an intern for Brand Marketing that will be focusing on POWERADE. You will provide support for the POWERADE brand team’s development and execution of marketing plans. This role will entail a great deal of exposure to the elements that go into developing 360 brand plans and work collaboratively across partnerships, shopper, creative, social media and paid media.  

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist in the creation of creative briefs. 
  • Manage creative deliverables timelines with the Brand team and Creative Project Manager.
  • Assist with weekly sales tracking reports.
  • Research & manage competitive tracking reports, trending news, social ideas to keep Corporate Marketing ahead of what the competition is doing. 
  • Manage product deliveries to campaign shoots.
  • Assist in managing timely communication of marketing initiatives to cross-functional groups: commercial, bottler execution, customers teams, corporate and field marketing as well as senior management. 
  • Support NIL athlete strategy with the Brand team and Partnerships Team.
  • Provide admin support for meetings including sending the agenda and taking detailed notes with next steps.  
  • Successfully complete the BODYARMOR Intern Program including weekly intern-driven meetings, final project presentation, weekly workshops, and attend our annual summit in NY.
  • Support additional ad hoc projects as requested.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Pursuing Bachelor’s in Business or Marketing in their Junior year going into Senior year
  • Basic analytical skills with high proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Utilize strong analysis, creative thinking, planning, organizing and problem-solving skills. 
  • Passion for understanding consumer behavior.
  • Ability to translate complex customer data into meaningful insights.
  • Hybrid working schedule in our Whitestone Queens location (T-W-TH Office) and Remote (M-F) required
  • Ability to travel for our Intern Summit in NYC

Monthly Compensation

$3,400-$6,700 dependent on job and degree type

Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
