Frontline Activation Brand Manager Germany – 1 Year Maternity Cover

  • Job summary

    The Brand Manager Coke TM will be in charge of selected projects building on either Meals or Uplift occasions, and is an integral part of the local FLA Coke Team. With Coca-Cola TM being ~50% of the NSR in Germany, the role focuses on the E2E activation.  

    Main responsibilities*

    Deliver a clear and prioritized roadmap for Coke TM activation part of BP’26 Coke calendar. Partner with Coke Central team to ensure timely assets delivery behind key campaigns in 2025 Work with German Franchise Ops and CCL teams to support key customer programs and set up clear guidelines to customers’ activation plan Work closely with CCEP to ensure outstanding shop-floor presence and execution of all Breaks campaigns

    *Non-exhaustive – This role will evolve over time, other responsibilities may be assigned to the incumbent who should demonstrate agility and flexibility.

    Key skills and experience required

    • Bachelor’s degree Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing activation (end to end project delivery), and already working with TCCC external partners (bottlers and customers and agency).
    • Successful track record in activating Music E2E in close collaboration with the bottling partner
    • Native German speaker
    • Ability to understand and leverage consumer, business, finance, and commercial insights. Ability to adapt to changing environment and cross correct in due time, scenario planning thinking.
    • Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with key stakeholders (category marketing teams, bottlers) and ensure alignment.
    • Good project management skills, able to coordinate multiple projects at the same time and deliver high quality on time
    • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and related coordination of financial responsibility
    • Ability to coordinate full details (calendars, resources, metrics) of local activation with bottlers.
