CPS AR People & Culture Specialist

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our team in CABA. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional problem-solving skills and a passion for providing outstanding support to managers and employees. This role will involve handling a broad range of HR transactional activities including payroll support, training & development programs, hiring & onboarding processes, and personnel administration.

This position is a 12-month contract.

What you'll do for us:

As the HR Generalist, you will be responsible for providing HR support and advising employees and managers in various areas, including:

  • Payroll Report: Ensure accurate and timely preparation of payroll reports.

  • Employee Administration and Labor Relations: Handle employee records and labor relations issues.

  • Internal Communications: Develop and implement effective employee communication strategies.

  • Organizational Design and Structure: Support organizational design and structure planning activities.

  • Recruiting & Onboarding: Facilitate recruitment processes and onboarding of new hires.

  • Culture & Engagement: Promote a positive organizational culture and engage employees.

  • Wellbeing & Benefits: Coordinate wellbeing programs and employee benefits.

  • Performance Management: Assist in the performance management process.

  • Training and Development: Oversee training and development initiatives.

  • General HR Program/Policy Interpretation and Compliance: Ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures.

  • Contract Service Workers Vendors and Requests: Manage vendor relationships and service worker contracts.

Additionally, you will support the HR strategy by:

  • Collaborating on the HR BP process.
  • Suggesting proactive initiatives based on environment survey results.
  • Assisting the HR Manager with OPEX analysis and control.
  • Supporting the creation of an integrated communication plan.
  • Encouraging the use of Yammer and promoting networked initiatives.
  • Managing various transactional HR processes related to employment, benefits, HRIS, and reporting.
  • Coordinating the Recognition Program in collaboration with Operational Excellence.
  • Maintaining and auditing HR documents according to TCCC requirements.
  • Reconciling expenses related to benefit plans and ensuring accurate reporting.
  • Keeping job descriptions and evaluations up-to-date.

What are the qualifications needed:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in HR generalist roles, preferably within the CPG industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
