CPS AR People & Culture Specialist

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our team in CABA. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional problem-solving skills and a passion for providing outstanding support to managers and employees. This role will involve handling a broad range of HR transactional activities including payroll support, training & development programs, hiring & onboarding processes, and personnel administration.
This position is a 12-month contract.
What you'll do for us:
As the HR Generalist, you will be responsible for providing HR support and advising employees and managers in various areas, including:

Payroll Report: Ensure accurate and timely preparation of payroll reports.

Employee Administration and Labor Relations: Handle employee records and labor relations issues.

Internal Communications: Develop and implement effective employee communication strategies.

Organizational Design and Structure: Support organizational design and structure planning activities.

Recruiting & Onboarding: Facilitate recruitment processes and onboarding of new hires.

Culture & Engagement: Promote a positive organizational culture and engage employees.

Wellbeing & Benefits: Coordinate wellbeing programs and employee benefits.

Performance Management: Assist in the performance management process.

Training and Development: Oversee training and development initiatives.

General HR Program/Policy Interpretation and Compliance: Ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures.

Contract Service Workers Vendors and Requests: Manage vendor relationships and service worker contracts.
Additionally, you will support the HR strategy by:
- Collaborating on the HR BP process.
- Suggesting proactive initiatives based on environment survey results.
- Assisting the HR Manager with OPEX analysis and control.
- Supporting the creation of an integrated communication plan.
- Encouraging the use of Yammer and promoting networked initiatives.
- Managing various transactional HR processes related to employment, benefits, HRIS, and reporting.
- Coordinating the Recognition Program in collaboration with Operational Excellence.
- Maintaining and auditing HR documents according to TCCC requirements.
- Reconciling expenses related to benefit plans and ensuring accurate reporting.
- Keeping job descriptions and evaluations up-to-date.
What are the qualifications needed:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR generalist roles, preferably within the CPG industry.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
