Senior Manager, Customer & Commercial Tech Product Manager – ASEAN & South Pacific
Please note: This is not a Remote role and will require the incumbent to be based in Singapore where the person is hired and work a hybrid schedule. This is an Individual Contributor role.

The Coca-Cola Company is looking for a dynamic and highly motivated C&CL Technical Product Manager to support ASEAN & South Pacific (ASP) operating unit in the deployment and adoption of C&CL technologies across different markets. This role will focus on delivering scalable solutions. The ideal candidate will collaborate with teams globally and locally to deploy solutions that align with both market needs and the company’s digital transformation goals.
What You’ll Do for Us:
1. Integrated Solution Design & Implementation

Design and implement digital solutions tailored to the digitalization of routes-to-market (RTM), such as eB2B, salesforce automation (SFA), suggested order and i-RED.

Leverage technology enablers such as IoT (for vending machines and coolers), AI/image recognition, and machine learning to optimize operations, enhance customer engagement, and drive sales.

Ensure these solutions are scalable, flexible, and operationally efficient, catering to diverse market archetypes with an enterprise-level approach.
2. Cost-Benefit Analysis

Conduct thorough cost-benefit analyses for proposed IT projects and products, providing critical input for the organization’s IT roadmap.
3. Product Management

Ensure the technical feasibility of products, aligning with global technological standards, local market requirements, and scalable best practices.

Prioritize features, enhancements, and bug fixes based on user feedback, business impact, and resource availability, ensuring alignment with varied market needs.

Act as the bridge between global product owners, operating units, and bottlers to translate market-specific business requirements into actionable application requirements.

Lead product deployments in Agile environments, including creating user stories, managing backlogs, and facilitating sprint planning.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document market-specific technical requirements.
4. Solution Recommendations

Making recommendations for solutions or improvements to business processes that can be accomplished through new technology or alternative uses of existing technology.
5. Stakeholder Engagement
-
Influence and lead teams without direct authority by building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders in a complex matrix organization, driving alignment, collaboration, and seamless execution of strategic initiatives while managing competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
Requirement & Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field; an MBA or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile, or Product Management) are advantageous.

Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in technical product management, with a focus on commercial and customer technology solutions across diverse market archetypes.

Proven expertise in solution design and implementation that balances global frameworks with local market needs.

Strong proficiency in Agile methodologies, with hands-on experience managing product development and delivery in an Agile environment.

Proficient in product management and analysis tools and comfortable working with data to drive decisions.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate across cross-functional technical and business teams and manage stakeholder relationships at all levels.

Demonstrated ability to lead through ambiguity, adapt to evolving priorities, and maintain a growth mindset in dynamic digital and business landscapes.

Strong business acumen with expertise in Route-to-Market (RTM) strategies, including channel management, execution excellence, and sales enablement.
