Maintenance Supervisor 1st Shift

Function Related Activities / Key responsibilities:

  • Coordinates the day-to-day activities of maintenance workers to ensure that production equipment, machinery or instruments function reliably and safely and are in good working order.
  • Leads/supervises a team to focus on improvement, equipment reliability and coordination with production and quality peer teams.
  • Champions and lead change initiatives and continuous improvement efforts, including the pursuit of TPM.
  • Utilize and model Coca-Cola’s core values in the execution of daily work activities and decision making.
  • Build relationships with frontline team members, internal customers and suppliers, colleagues and support services to ensure achievement of targets.
  • Maintain safe environment and safety practices in all business initiatives.
  • Create and maintain a safe and positive work environment.
  • Manage line efficiencies, key performance indicators and down time. 
  • Manage within labor and OPEX budget. 
  • Review daily maintenance effectiveness to identify opportunities for improvement and work with the Technical team to get resolution.
  • Ensure the development and implementation of action plans to address root causes of failures and support continuous improvement initiatives. 
  • Monitors production processes and manages to quality standards and specifications.
  • Ensures equipment in the area assigned is in working order and that working conditions are always safe. 

Key Qualifications:

  • Four-year degree or equivalent combination of education & experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 3-5 years supervising maintenance staff preferred. 
  • 1-3 years’ maintenance/manufacturing and reliability experience in a leadership capacity in a shift or area 
  • Prior experience in a beverage, food or other clean manufacturing environment with familiarity with quality and hygiene regulations preferred
  • Continuous improvement or process improvement experience. Green belt or black belt certification preferred. 
  • Effective communication and presentation skills with the ability to lead organizational initiatives and change.
  • Requires experience managing people/budgets
  • Familiarity and understanding of manufacturing systems/processes
  • Time management, delegation and organization skills with strong problem-solving ability.
  • Familiar with PLC and controls preferred
  • Prior experience with TPM a plus. 
  • Familiar with PLC and Controls is a plus. 

Pay Range:
$92,600 – $114,400

Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.

Annual Incentive Reference Value Percentage:
15
