Manager, Marketing – Media West

Job Title: Media Manager WEST

Job Overview: 

The Media Manager is an entry-level but crucial role within our dynamic IMX team. This opportunity is perfect for young professionals with 3-5 years of media experience, specifically in digital and programmatic media, audience planning, and paid social media strategies. The selected candidate will support our media operations across various markets in Europe and work closely with our IMX team and agency partners, including OpenX, Essence Mediacom, to further hone their skills and knowledge in the vibrant media landscape. 

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Contribute to the development of compelling and innovative media plans for our iconic brands across multiple platforms, ensuring strategies stay ahead of market trends, and cater to each brand's target demographics. 
  • Coordinate with our cross-functional teams, such as the E2E CX Strategy team, to convert overall business and marketing plans into innovative and effective media plans. 
  • Participate in fostering and managing relationships with media agencies, aiding in achieving efficient buying and maximum ROI from negotiations. 
  • Support in enhancing competitive media investment intelligence and contribute to the reporting of our brand presence, adherence to performance standards, and key media KPIs, ensuring all actions align with TCCC’s Responsible Marketing Policy. 
  • Assist in managing budget evolution, participate in controlling media investment, verifying agency buying orders, directing shifts and invoices, and suggesting corrective actions where necessary. 
  • Contribute to maintaining a consistent and engaging brand presence across all media channels relevant to the Operating Unit, synchronising media plans with real-time social media amplification. 
  • Support internal teams in implementing swift crisis management protocols and proactive issue mitigation. 
  • Collaborate with our agency partners including OpenX, Essence Mediacom, StudioX, ensuring alignment with the company’s evolving media strategies. 

Qualifications: 

  • 3-5 years of experience in media planning, digital/programmatic media, audience planning and paid social strategies. 
  • In-depth knowledge of digital measurement tools and media planning software. 
  • Recent knowledge and understanding of Europe's media landscape and consumer trends, reflecting in audience planning and buying tactics. 
  • Commitment to responsible marketing practices with a professional approach towards ethics and brand representation.
