The Senior Director, Enterprise Capability (Skills Strategy & Transformation) is the strategic and programmatic leader that drives the short and long term roadmap towards skills-oriented talent and development practices, as well as designs and implements the change management initiatives that will transform the business to this approach. This role will define the Skills strategy, build the roadmap, own key projects that set the foundations for all talent practices, and oversee the strategic connection of all critical skills projects across People & Culture and Capabilities initiatives. Additionally, this role will own the complete definition, design and implementation of a holistic change management, communication and engagement strategy for the identified Skills Strategy scope. The journey to a skills-oriented future will happen over many years, with continuous evolution of the destination as technology and industry best practices evolve, so this role and its remit will also continuously evolve.
