Senior ITOT Supply Chain Architect
Please note: This is not a Remote role and will require the incumbent to be based in Singapore and work a hybrid schedule. This is an Individual Contributor role.
The successful candidate will be a Senior Technical Lead within the TISC (Technical, Innovation & Supply Chain) architecture team supporting the CPS (Commercial Product Supply) and NAOU (North America Operating Unit) organizations through ensuring all technology delivered meets standards to drive supply chain transformation initiatives. This role is critical to enabling digital transformation through supply chain transformation and ‘plant of the future’ initiatives. The role focuses on translating business needs into technical systems solutions, within a structured agile framework. This will entail defining systems in relation to enterprise infrastructure, executing activities related to business, IT and partnering with internal and external technical teams in the delivery of solutions. The candidate will have a key role in identifying and recommending products and features, evolving the organization's technical infrastructure as well as leading the implementation of new procedures and techniques.
QUALIFICATIONS & RELATED EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or significant practical experience in a related field.

Minimum of 8 years related work experience preferably in Manufacturing IT or process Industry.

Must have proven experience working with IT, OT and supply chain architectures including designing, developing, deploying, managing, and scaling applications.

Must have a strong practical knowledge of data management, data infrastructure, data Interfacing through Azure based deployments with a focus on maintenance and improvement.

Should be proficient in supply chain end to end processes, using ERP systems (e.g. SAP).

Advantageous additional desirable skills would include hands on experience at scale with workload management (Kubernetes). Some practical exposure to scripting (Python) and object orientated coding is also desirable.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Design, develop and implement scalable, robust and secure IT & ITOT architectures that support the end-to-end supply chain lifecycle, including procurement, production, logistics, warehousing and distribution.

Collaborate with business owners to respond to their needs with thought out technical requirements

Designing and developing solutions in alignment with the enterprise architecture direction & standards and ensuring compatibility and ease of integration with company architectures.

Oversee the integration of SAP/ERP supply chain applications, ensuring seamless integration with Ignition based infrastructure.

Providing architectural support for business and ITOT applications by configuring, managing system settings, installing plugins and performing upgrades.

Lead and guide the development of regional technical teams and junior staff in terms of future production enabling architectures.

Exemplifying the use of DevOps, Github and other CI/CD tools and mentoring junior personnel in these behaviours.
