Analyst Organizational Capabilities

Position Overview:
The role of Capabilities Coordinator supports the Global Development & Innovation (GDI) Operations team through leading the capabilities and digitalization agenda for GDI LATAM Team, accountable for GDI LATAM Budget Management and support for Pilot Plant operation.

Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for the generation, consolidation, and management of information about R&D projects: Status, resources (FTE, $, Time

  • Management of R&D project table and pipeline monitoring.

  • Accountable for gates strategic agenda. Establish and drive the implementation of digital tools to support pipeline management.

  • Establish and drive the implementation of digital tools to support pipeline management, reporting and tracking.

  • Support Pilot Plant production as an additional resource to increase Pilot Plant capacity if needed.

  • Support Dashboards automation (Pilot Plant, Analytics Lab, Microbiology, Formula Governance & Security) consolidation as well as a Total Operations Dashboard

  • R&D Budget control and monitoring through financial analysis

Basic Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or university in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Digital Transformation Engineering

  • 1 – 3 years of experience in digital transformation and/or operations, such as working in a plant.

  • Experience Data Base Management

  • Knowledge on Digital Tools and Database Development to Capture and Extract Information,

  • Multifunctional Teamwork

  • Communication Skills, Both Written and Verbally in Spanish and English. Portuguese is a plus.

  • Advanced Knowledge Microsoft Office Digital Tools (power Apps, Dataverse, Power BI, SharePoint)

  • Project Management Tools and Databases 

  • Leverage on technical knowledge to solve challenging situations.

  • Networks with capability global and regional organizations to grow himself and the team.

  • Share external trends and tools to be reapplied for the organization.
