Yes. As a Coca-Cola Ignite Intern, you will work on meaningful projects and contribute to real business priorities. In recognition of your impact and commitment, interns receive a competitive internship allowance during the program.

The Coca-Cola Ignite Internship Program is designed to provide interns with a meaningful, real-world experience that closely reflects the responsibilities of a full-time role, helping prepare them for their future careers.

The program typically lasts 12 months in most markets, allowing interns to build deep expertise and make meaningful contributions to their teams. In some markets, such as Belgium and Romania, the internship duration is 6 months, in line with local regulations and university requirements.

The Coca-Cola Ignite Internship Program is non-rotational and focuses on a specific role, allowing interns to develop deeper expertise and make meaningful contributions to their team.

During the program, interns may also have opportunities to collaborate on cross-functional projects and engage with teams across markets and regions, gaining broader exposure to the Coca-Cola system and how our business operates.

Coca-Cola Blaze

Coca-Cola Blaze, our 24-month flagship graduate program featuring four 6-month rotational stints, offers an accelerated path for leadership development with global exposure, high-impact projects, and mentorship from senior leaders. It is designed to support emerging talent to become future leaders of our organization.

You may apply for different roles provided you meet the eligibility requirements. You will still go through the standard process for each position. Kindly note that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted by the Recruiter to move forward to the next steps of the application.

As we continue to evolve the Coca-Cola Blaze Graduate Program to deliver the best possible development experience for early career talent, applications for the next cohort will open later in 2026.

We encourage you to stay connected and keep an eye on our careers website for updates. More information on application timelines, program details, and next steps will be shared as we approach the next recruitment cycle.

The Coca-Cola Blaze Graduate Program is a 24-month leadership development journey designed to accelerate your functional expertise and leadership skills, preparing you for a middle management role in your chosen function after completing the program.

Over the course of 24 months, you’ll complete four rotations, each lasting six months. Each rotation is designed to give you hands-on experience, helping you build essential skills and gain exposure to different areas within your chosen function. During each rotation, you will take on key responsibilities in your day-to-day role while leading important projects that contribute to business outcomes. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, engage with senior leadership, and actively manage your performance and development.

Our rotation plan is carefully structured to provide meaningful experiences and build the critical capabilities you’ll need to succeed in your permanent role. As you move through the rotations, you’ll gain a deeper understanding of various specializations within your function, broadening your expertise and preparing you for future success.

To explore which function aligns best with your career goals, we encourage you to visit our career website, where you’ll find detailed insights into each function and how they align with your aspirations.

We are only able to consider the application of candidates with less than 3 years of full-time professional experience, as this program is specifically designed for graduates who are just beginning their careers.

You may explore our other job opportunities in our career website here: Careers (coca-colacompany.com). Wishing you all the best!

For now, the 24-month graduate program is home-based in your country, so relocation is not required. However, you may be asked to travel as needed to support certain business requirements.

“Right to Work” refers to the legal authorization to work in a specific country. Candidates must have the appropriate citizenship, residency status, or visa that allows them to work legally in that country.

Right to Work in the United Kingdom

  • UK Citizens: British citizens have the automatic right to work in the UK.
  • EU/EEA/Swiss Citizens: Following Brexit, EU/EEA and Swiss citizens no longer have automatic right to work in the UK. They need to apply under the UK’s immigration rules, such as the Skilled Worker visa, etc.
  • Non-EU/EEA/Swiss Citizens: They generally require a work visa, such as a Skilled Worker visa or other specific categories, to work legally in the UK.

Right to Work in the European Union (EU)

  • EU/EEA/Swiss Citizens: Generally, have the right to work in any EU/EEA country without needing a work permit, due to freedom of movement agreements.
  • Non-EU/EEA Citizens: They typically need a work visa or permit to work legally in an EU country.

Coca-Cola Europe does not sponsor work visas or right-to-work authorization for the Coca-Cola Ignite Internship or Coca-Cola Blaze Graduate Program.

Candidates must already have the legal right to work in the UK or the respective European country for the full duration of the program. This means applicants must hold valid work authorization, citizenship, or residency permits that allow them to work without employer sponsorship. Please ensure you meet these eligibility requirements before applying, as we are unable to support visa or work permit applications for these programs.

The application process begins as soon as you submit your application on our career website. We carefully review each application and will notify you if you are selected for further consideration.

If selected, you will first have an initial discussion with one of our Recruiters to go over key eligibility requirements. If you successfully pass this stage, you’ll be invited to a panel interview with our leadership team to discuss role expectations, dive into function-specific or technical questions, and explore key leadership behaviours.

We are committed to providing timely feedback to all candidates and greatly appreciate the time and effort you put into your application.

You can monitor the status of your application in your application profile when you log into our career website.

We understand that timing can be a challenge for some candidates, but we currently only hire and onboard as a batch once a year. If you’re unable to start on our required dates for 2026, we encourage you to consider applying for our next cohort in 2027. This standardized onboarding date is a key element of our program, created to ensure a consistent positive induction experience for our new joiners.
