We’re looking for Coca-Cola Ignite Interns from 11 countries — the United Kingdom, Greece, Belgium, Spain, Germany, Italy, France, the Netherlands, Poland, Romania, and Ireland — who can start on October 1, 2025.

We do not offer summer internships at Coca-Cola Europe.

Yes. As a Coca-Cola Ignite Intern, your contributions make a real impact — and we truly value that. That’s why you’ll receive an internship allowance to recognize your hard work and dedication.  In Belgium, kindly note that internships are unpaid by law. While this is required, we’re still committed to providing you with a meaningful and rewarding experience throughout your time with us.

This year, we are recruiting 40 interns across various functions in 11 countries. This includes 13 roles in Marketing, 5 in both Franchise Operations and PACS, 4 in Strategy and TISC, and 3 each in Commercial, Finance, and People & Culture. These opportunities are designed to provide meaningful experiences and valuable insights across key business areas at Coca-Cola.

In Belgium, the internship typically lasts for 6 months. We focus on recruiting from universities that align with this program duration.

In the UK, we’re looking for interns who can commit to a 9–12-month internship, starting in the first week of October 2025. This duration aligns with the requirements of most universities. The flexible start date allows for end dates between July and September, fitting the academic schedules of the majority of students.

The “Right to Work” in the United Kingdom and Europe refers to the legal authorization that allows an individual to work in a particular country. Here’s a brief overview.

Right to Work in the United Kingdom

  • UK Citizens: British citizens have the automatic right to work in the UK.
  • EU/EEA/Swiss Citizens: Following Brexit, EU/EEA and Swiss citizens no longer have automatic right to work in the UK. They need to apply under the UK’s immigration rules, such as the Skilled Worker visa, etc.
  • Non-EU/EEA/Swiss Citizens: They generally require a work visa, such as a Skilled Worker visa or other specific categories, to work legally in the UK.

Right to Work in the European Union (EU)

  • EU/EEA/Swiss Citizens: Generally, have the right to work in any EU/EEA country without needing a work permit, due to freedom of movement agreements.
  • Non-EU/EEA Citizens: They typically need a work visa or permit to work legally in an EU country.

In both the UK and EU, candidates must comply with local immigration and employment laws to work legally. If you don’t have the right to work in the UK or European countries, you cannot legally work there without the proper work visa or permit. To proceed, you would first need to apply for a work visa or permit that allows you to work legally in the country you are interested in.

Coca-Cola Europe does not sponsor work visas or right to work for the Coca-Cola Ignite and Coca-Cola Blaze programs. Candidates must already have the legal right to work in the UK and Europe, meaning only those with the necessary work authorization or residency permits can be considered for these positions.

Candidates should ensure they meet these criteria before applying, as we are unable to assist in obtaining work visas or permits.

The application process begins as soon as you submit your application on our career website. We carefully review each application and will notify you if you are selected for further consideration.

If selected, you will first have an initial discussion with one of our Recruiters to go over key eligibility requirements. If you successfully pass this stage, you’ll be invited to a panel interview with our leadership team to discuss role expectations, dive into function-specific or technical questions, and explore key leadership behaviors.

We are committed to providing timely feedback to all candidates and greatly appreciate the time and effort you put into your application.

Applications are open until April 16, 2025. You can monitor the status of your application in your application profile when you log into our career website.

We understand that timing can be a challenge for some candidates, but we currently only hire and onboard as a batch once a year. If you’re unable to start on our required dates for 2025, we encourage you to consider applying for our next cohort in 2026.

This standardized onboarding date is a key element of our new program, created to ensure a consistent induction experience for our new joiners.

No, there are no assessments or tests that need to be completed as part of the application process.

We greatly value and appreciate our employees’ referring candidates whom they personally know and endorse for a position. These referrals can be submitted through our internal referral portal. However, an internal referral does not guarantee an interview.
