Job Description
Key Responsibility Areas:
-
Lead, develop and execute a PACS strategy for Bangladesh and ensure that all PACS initiatives and projects are aligned with the overall system objectives.
-
Establish and coordinate stakeholder relationships with including Policy and lawmakers, Regulatory bodies, Tax authorities, Industry associations, Civil Society and the US mission.

Formulate policy positions and draft representations on policy priorities and create a mechanism to safeguard the company from policy and regulatory shocks.

Actively engage with industry associations and have a seat at relevant committees in the existing industry associations.

Lead and implement a comprehensive communications plan with support from the PR agency.

Guide and partner with bottling partners on specific PACS priorities and issues, ESG compliance and social license efforts to enhance the capability of the system utilising the Global PACS framework and guidance.

Manage a comprehensive Incident Management Program (crisis management) and coordinate security management with the OU & Global Security Team in Atlanta.

Collaborate closely with the PACS team. Leverage TCCC's brands and marketing assets to enhance corporate 7 brand reputation and business.

Support the consumer response system to enhance our brands, while minimizing the impact of consumer concerns through proactive engagements with consumers.

Work with external consultants (PR agency, GR and Tax consultants etc) and experts to lead, develop and execute the system PACS charter.

Explore and develop new sustainability programs with support from TCCF.

Lead all relationships with sustainability partners and monitor TCCF projects to deliver impact.

Policy and regulatory landscape of Bangladesh and experience in working with stakeholders like Government Bodies, Tax authority, Industry Associations & NGOs.

The functioning of Industry Associations and ability to build relationships and achieve consensus in conflicting situation.

People management and coalition building skills.

Understanding of brand marketing, corporate communication strategies, policy advocacy, stakeholder engagement and execution of events and promotions.

Excellent communication skills and ability to develop PR strategies which are measurable.

Passion for the cause, a positive and ‘can do’ attitude.

Educational qualification:

ESSENTIAL: Advanced Degree from a university (e.g., MBA or other master’s) or equivalent
