Manager, Transition Services Global Separations

Position Overview:

The Transition Services Manager is the face of the Global Advanced Care team.  This role provides direct customer care and support for employees that are impacted by reduction in force, retiring or exploring separation from the Company, Managers and Strategic Business Partners.

Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to solve problems

Proven ability to work independently while prioritizing competing deadlines and projects.

Related Work Experience:

Experience/knowledge related to offboarding
