Construction Manager Greenfield

We are establishing a Greenfield manufacturing facility at Tlaxcala in Mexico. This will be the flagship facility in line with Industry 4.0 with state-of-the-art advanced automation and digitization, with the highest standards for Sustainability. What You’ll Do for Us

Project Design Phase: Lead the coordination of the engineering design firm to ensure efficient, compliant, and construction-ready designs aligned with project requirements, Coca-Cola standards, and local regulations.

Project Execution Phase: Lead end-to-end construction execution, managing contractors and ensuring delivery of all building and civil works in line with cost, schedule, quality, and safety targets. Act as the primary interface between engineering, construction, and project stakeholders.

Startup Phase: Coordinate with project and operations teams to support commissioning, site readiness, and a smooth transition to operations, ensuring facilities are delivered fit-for-purpose.

Project Governance: Ensure adherence to project charter, monitor performance, manage risks and interfaces, and provide regular updates to leadership.

Team Leadership: Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams, including engineering partners and contractors, ensuring alignment, accountability, and high performance throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field 10+ years of experience in construction management of large-scale capital projects (>USD 100M), preferably in industrial, FMCG, or food & beverage environments
  • Proven experience leading construction execution for large greenfield projects.
  • Strong experience managing contractors, engineering firms, and multidisciplinary stakeholders
  • Solid understanding of construction practices, contracts, permitting, local regulations and main software
  • Experience with sustainable building practices and LEED or equivalent certification is preferred
  • Strong leadership and project execution skills (cost, schedule, quality, safety)
  • Fluent English (written and spoken)
  • Knowledge of Green Building Codes and Standards, Environmental Impact Assessment, Soil Analysis, Water Resource Management
  • PMP Certification is an added advantage.
